  Today May 27th I was shopping at the Antoine Dr location and I asked the cashier if the item I had was covered by Snap benefits she scanned the item and said no. So I asked can you scan this one please, she rolled her eyes and smirked scans item and says no. I said but how come in others store is accepted for this item which was a lemonade. She snapped at me and stated then why dont you go shop at those storea then. I looked at her told her she didn't have to answer me that way it was uncalled for. She said well is true go shop there here we dont sell it with snap. Again I stated that that was not the way to amswer some one. Foodtown needs to train their cashiers in customer service. I will never shop at this foodtown again. Horrible experience. It was the cashier infront of the customer service booth. Foodtown do better

  A tale of two managers. One is helpful and accommodating. The other dismissive- as if they would rather be anywhere else than talking to the customer. Also, Food Town must not be accustomed to reusable grocery bags; The pervasive vibe when entering carrying such a bag is that of heightened security. At the other store on West Little York, the door attendant tracked me down to the refrigerated section to take my bag back to the front register. At this store on Antoine, I try to check in first at the front to make sure everything is on the up and up. For the sake of overall theft prevention, I am willing to cooperate. Hopefully when I have proven myself as a paying repeat customer, I can receive the benefit of the doubt.

  The parking on Antoine is really bad the manager is not very helpful in getting the parking lot fixed the owner of the store don't care

  My husband stop today April 7 at 5:00 pm (around) to buy a pack of tortillas, when he was at the cashier waiting, the lady wrongly charge the tortillas to the person in front of my husband, she didn’t notice the stick was between the other person items and the tortillas, when my husband told her the tortillas was his, she get mad and talk to my husband very bad and ugly attitude, was the cashier number 5. My husband return later and talk with the assistant manager, hope he make a report to the manager and never treat someone else like today that lady treat my husband.
