  This is a pretty solid Five Guys and very consistent with what you’d expect from the chain. The burgers are good, the fries are good, and they definitely give you generous portions. I do think Five Guys as a brand is still a little expensive for what it is, although it seems like the value has improved compared to a few years ago. There was a stretch where the prices kept going up and the portions, especially the fries, seemed to get smaller. That doesn’t seem to be as much of an issue anymore. I got the Classic Combo with a little burger, little fries, and a drink for around $13.99 before tax, or about $15 total. That felt like an okay value. Still a little overpriced, but much more reasonable than what I remember Five Guys being. The burger was good, the fries were good, and they have a Coke Freestyle machine for drinks. You can probably get a similarly good burger and fries from some of the local burger places nearby for around the same price or even a little less, so I still wouldn’t call Five Guys a great value. The employees at this location were fast, helpful, friendly, and seemed to be working hard. There’s also plenty of parking since it’s in the same shopping center as H-E-B. Overall, it’s a solid Five Guys. Nothing new or particularly special, but most people already know what they’re getting when they come here. I think Five Guys is doing a better job on value than they were a few years ago, but they still have a little ways to go.

  Went to this location tonight was specifically craving cajun fries and this is how my order looked they barely put some fries and it was cold other than getting treated like im doing something wrong and getting looked at like im weird because i decided to go buy from this place im highly disappointed will never go back to this place again

  Las hamburguesas son muy buenas y lo mejor es que puedes prepararlas a tu gusto, escogiendo los ingredientes que quieras. Las porciones son generosas y sirven muchísimas papas. Personalmente, las papas no son mis favoritas porque tienen demasiado condimento para mi gusto y no son muy crocantes. Pero definitivamente las hamburguesas sí valen la pena.

  We ordered 2 burgers to go last night. One cheese burger and one bacon cheeseburger. When we got home we noticed that the bacon cheeseburger was missing bacon, grilled onions and the cheeseburger was missing jalapenos and mushrooms. We also waited 30 mins for the burgers. Considering the prices they charge, they need to be significantly more careful with orders.

  I’m overly annoyed after tonight’s service. My father went to get us some food from here, and we asked for the Classic Combo. Since I was the one paying for the food and he told me the total is almost $40 I was confused. I’ve done this combo multiple times at this location so I know the estimated price for it. I asked my dad to send me a picture of the receipt so I could further investigate why the price was so high all of a sudden. I noticed the regular price of $13.99 for the combo then an extra charge of $3.60 for each combo. I could not figure out what this extra charge was for since it just says 1 cheeseburger next to it. I called my dad to have him ask what that extra charge was for, and they said it was for an extra patty. I’m not sure how they got that we requested an extra patty,. The website and in the restaurant the promotion clearly states that the Classic combo is a LITTLE burger or cheese burger with a little fry and 16 oz drink. The employee tries to tell us that a regular cheese burger comes with 2 patties, but no one requested a regular cheese burger. They assumed we wanted a regular cheese burger instead of giving what we actually ordered. It bothers me because they knew to keep our fries and drink the same for the combo, but scammed us into purchasing something we didn’t ask for. The employee tried to give us something extra for the inconvenience, however they totally missed the point. Don’t add extra to something that wasn’t asked for!!!!! I did blame my dad at first because I thought he ordered it that way, but after hearing both sides the employee was the one who caused the confusion. Please train your employees better, and that they know what their company is promoting as part of the combo.
