The burger was juicy, the fries were perfectly cooked What really stood out was the friendly customer service. I'm big on customer service! The staff was welcoming, quick, and made the whole experience even better. Definitely one of those spots you can count on every time!

My family and I used to go to this place every week, but today they messed up our order, we called them and they told us to come so they can give us the right order. And when I came the worker treated me super disrespectfully. she didn’t apologize mind you I had to drive 20 minutes to get there. And then when I confronted her for being so disrespectful she told me “take your order, have a good night the store gonna close now” she didn’t even apologize for being so disrespectful. And another worker started using bad language behind my back.so got cheeseburger without meat and messed up my dinner also drive back but they couldn’t be sorry

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
