The toppings were barely there, the $9 fries were burnt (tasted a bit like cardboard), and it took 34 minutes cuz today's line was long due to a BOGO deal. When we unwrapped the burgers, the buns were completely cold, as if they had never been grilled. Both burgers were also missing several of the toppings we specifically ordered: grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, and bell peppers. In addition, we requested A1 sauce and barbecue sauce, and neither sauce was included. The fries were also disappointing. We ordered regular fries and received a portion that was roughly the same amount I normally get when ordering the Little fries. Paying extra for the regular size only to receive essentially the same amount makes it difficult to justify ordering the larger size in the future. I understand that mistakes happen, but this wasn’t just one small oversight. The cold buns, multiple missing toppings, missing sauces, and disappointing fry portion made the entire order feel poorly prepared and rushed. With the number of employees working at the time, I was surprised that an order could be missed in so many ways. No need to give me website to contact you, I’ve tried and it doesn’t work, see photo. Your automated text message asking for feedback also does not work, the next button would not move forward.
