- CCchrisMay 12, 20261.0It took over 25 minutes for my dine in order and the only reason I eeven recieved it because I had to leave and needed a refund because my lunch was over. Ja' nya asked what my order was and put it a togo bag, I told her no my lunch is over I can't eat lunch now I gotta go back to work and now im going to be late. Ja' Nya told me that she couldn't refund me and then she said a manager was not in so no refund could be issued and then stared at me, I said do you understand my lunch is over I can't eat now I have to go back to work. She said nothing and stared at me like it wasn't registering still, I left the food because I couldn't eat and now im late for work and I wasn't refunded my $20.22. This was hands down the worst experience I've had at any restaurant, the sad part is I like Pollo loco and would have returned tomorrow had I just gotten a refund. Just terrible all around
