I told her i had bad experience before and she assured i got the fresh hot chicken and checked in twice and as a very simple gesture of giving me a free drink that shows she cares. She was non stop working in there (orders, cleaning tables, organizing in the back) she definitely needs a raise.

The manager said she was going to refund me but never did . Don’t ever order from here . The absolute worst experience ever.

The customer service was excellent, and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was also very clean and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this Pollo Loco to my family and friends. Great food, great service, and a very enjoyable experience!

Instead of properly draining the beans, they filled the bowl with so much liquid that it looked like soup. This was poorly prepared and unacceptable. After this experience, I will advise members of my church and my out-of-town passengers not to visit this location. I paid for a meal not a bowl of bean water. Management needs to address the food preparation and quality control here.

I asked the guy at the window was the portion size 4oz and he said no it’s 6oz. So if I paid for extra chicken breast that would mean I’d be receiving 12oz of chicken breast which is only 4oz’s short of a pound! Simple math people!!! Well, I’m going to let you guys be the judge of the photo! $25 dollars later for super dry chicken breast, and more beans that chicken! Save your money and go somewhere that honors what they say and the chicken is not overpriced and overcooked!
