  I love Einstein bagel but the last two times I've been to this location my order has been wrong. The first time they completely forgot the meat on one sandwich and the next visit I only asked for turkey sausage and they had pork bacon on it as well and my husband can not eat pork (HBP). But when they get it right the food is actually good I'll keep going to Einstein just not this location 😔

  If I could leave ZERO stars I would. I had a really bad experience at Einstein Bagels. The food tasted old and definitely not fresh. I was honestly disgusted after noticing what looked like bugs in the dough, and the cleanliness standards overall seemed very poor. I also noticed workers not wearing hair nets while preparing food, which made me even more uncomfortable. To make matters worse, I ended up getting food poisoning afterward. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a food place, and I seriously hope management improves their sanitation and food safety standards before more customers get sick.

  Absolutely disgusting experience at Einstein Bagels. There was a roach crawling inside the display case. The cheese on my bagel tasted old and funky. This place seriously needs a health inspection. I will not be coming back 1 star.

  I initially went through the drive thru and ordered a vanilla cold brew but I only received half/half. When I called the manager David was nice and offered to remake my drink. A few days later he replaced it and it was much better. Apparently the guy who made my first drink was new. There was absolutely no coffee in the first picture

  I felt like I was a bother to the staff for going inside to order my bagels to go! They don't greet you when you walk in and don't listen when you order. You have to say every thing twice and still get it wrong. When I corrected the girl about not slicing the bagels to go she got an attitude.She wouldn't look at me when she gave me my bagels and didn't say a word.I told her don't get mad. She hates her job?
