I went this morning for a order of three drinks one was for my daughter when my husband got there they told him his order was not there , when it was order there had to show her the app , she then proceeded to be rude telling me to to just pull around , my daughter drink was made with nothing but syrup to sour for her to drink spent 9 dollars on a drink that was made so wrong !!!! And it was for a kid lined you that was not her first time ordering this drink ! Very disappointed! On how rude this girl was !

Love Ashley!! Every time I pass by I love her energy and how she goes out of her way to make conversation, on top of the drinks being good the service is great as well!! 10/10 favorite coffee place

I recently visited Dutch Bros and had such an amazing experience thanks to Ashley and her crew. From the moment I pulled up, everyone was so welcoming, energetic, and genuinely kind. Ashley stood out as an incredible manager you can tell she leads her team with positivity and care because the whole crew worked together so smoothly and kept such a happy environment. Even during a busy rush, they stayed patient, fast, and made me feel valued as a customer. My drink came out perfect, and the customer service honestly made my day. Employees like Ashley and her team are the reason people keep coming back to this location. They truly deserve recognition for all their hard work and great attitudes

I genuinely feel like the associates are rude and unwelcoming almost every time I come here. A few weeks ago, I wasn't even greeted or spoken to; the girl at the window just stuck out my drink and didn't say a word. She is not the only associate who's given me rude/poor customer service, which is why I wouldn't recommend this location. If I had a different location to go to I 100% would.

I’ve had great Dutch Bros experiences in California, but Houston is destroying the brand. Today, I couldn’t see the menu, and the employee outside with the iPad had an attitude—no jolly vibe at all. When I said I couldn’t see the menu, she didn’t offer one—some of us can’t read tiny drive-thru screens. Then, I offered a quarter after the transaction, since they had a sign saying ‘Exact Cash Only.’ The light-skinned gentleman got frustrated when I was making change easy—$20.25 for a $10.81 order—simple math. He called Ashley, who claimed to be the manager. Turns out she wasn’t. Ashley even ripped down the ‘Exact Cash’ sign, saying it was old. I leave, and as I’m driving away, I hear Ashley scream ‘Ugh!’—like I was ruining her day. I turned back to ask why she screamed in frustration—was she displeased with me as a customer voicing my opinion on terrible service? That’s when I was greeted by Camille, who claimed she was the manager. So early morning rush—no real manager on shift. It’s sad for a company to let young kids run a business with no adult accountability. No manager on site, no way to contact one. Customer service matters. Dutch Bros is known for happy vibes. Here in Houston, it’s awful. Chick-fil-A is next door—I’d get better service there. Honestly, what’s your NPS score? If I took a survey today, it’s a zero. Dutch Bros, wake up—Houston is destroying your reputation. Corporate, step in—Houston is ruining your representation of what Dutch Bros is supposed to be.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
