  Ashley and Mel’s are the absolute BEST baristas! My best friend and I visit almost daily but Friday was different. My best friend was hit by a car after leaving Dutch on an escooter, While i went through for myself i asked if they could remake his drink after telling the ladies what had happened. They remade it without hesitation! Thank yall so so so much! It really made his day a little bit better after the crash he had.

  The “zigzag” order system at Dutch Bros is honestly ridiculous. I got there first and purposely went into the shorter right lane, thinking it would move faster and fairly. Instead, they started taking orders in some random order, and somehow a truck that arrived after me got their order taken first. What’s the point of waiting in a long line if people who came later get served before you? People have places to go and are waiting patiently, so the system should actually make sense and be fair. This has apparently been an ongoing issue at this location, and it seriously needs to be fixed.

  Good Dutch Bros location overall. Drinks have always been consistent, the employees are friendly, and the atmosphere is upbeat and welcoming. I work from home, so coffee runs are one of my favorite ways to get out of the house for a bit, and this location has always been a solid stop when I’m in the area. The only downside is that the drive thru can occasionally move pretty slowly during busy times, especially when orders are being taken directly at the window instead of further up the line. It’s not a huge deal, but it definitely makes a difference when the line starts backing up. Other than that though, I’ve had good experiences here and would definitely keep coming back.

  service is horrible. they never greet you at the window just pass by. i placed an order online bc i have to work! and i was standing there waiting for over 15minutes. horrible horrible. whats the point of placing online and the drive thru goes faster. i have a trailer i cant possibly scoot by in there. need to do better.

  Usually I don’t like to do bad reviews, however what just happened to me made me think to post this review, I asked the lady for large coffee, some cream and sugar on the side, the other lady at the window gave me a medium size with very little cream and no sugar, I asked if this is a large size, her response was yes, comparing for what I pay every weekend it was medium not large. Please pay more attention next time
