    The first time I visited a Dutch Bros, I said I would NEVER come back. Nothing special for me here (low sugar/decaf/kinda picky)...but something made me stop again one day, and I've been back almost every day since. The difference? A rockstar team of amazing people who, unlike many places these days, know what excellent customer service looks like! Not a day goes by that I don't struggle with my order somehow, but every time, they come up with a tasty solution to what I'm craving. WITH A SMILE ON THEIR FACES even at 5 a.m. Even in 110 degree heat with cars wrapped around the building, I got the smiles, the conversation...and all the boxes checked to get a drink I actually liked. No panicked rush. I felt like the only person in line. At this point, I'd come here to order water haha. All the gimmicks and promotions can never take the place of a great crew. Thanks for helping me start my day on the right note, DB 1960@Eldridge!

    broistas are always very warm, welcoming, and friendly no matter if you go at 7am or 7pm. all drinks made to order, and are great! I highly recommend the electric berry of ANYTHING. its delicious. the classic iced golden eagle is awesome for those who like caramel, and there are lots of other coffee options too. You can create your own drink too if youd like, but the menu is so vast you'll find something you like from there!!!

    I honestly think they’re scared to actually put flavor into the coffee unless it’s iced or blended. Any time I get a hot coffee with flavor I NEVER taste the flavor. And for $6 I would hope I taste something other than coffee flavor. So disappointing because I want to like them but it’s not easy trying to

    The people at Dutch Bros are seriously the sweetest! Every time I come through, they’re so kind, welcoming, and genuinely make me feel like they’re happy to see me. It may seem like a small thing, but they’ve honestly become part of my day and something I look forward to. The drinks are always great, but the people are what really make this location special. Thank y’all for always being so friendly and making my day a little better! 💕☕

    Had an amazing experience at this location today! I didn’t get her name, but this young lady was taking orders in the line today and I could tell the woman in the car infront of me was giving her a hard time, despite this, she finished up with her, and came to me with a smile & laughter! Not allowing the negativity flow from customer to customer. She served up good service with a smile, even despite the heat & negativity! I will continue to regular this location, this is the Dutch Bros spirit I come here for!! The drinks were okay, a bit too sweet for me personally, but other than that, amazing experience & staff!
