    You are most likely not going to get your drink right with this specific location. Other locations are great. Stick to black coffee with this one.

    I had a really disappointing experience at this Dutch Bros location. I went through the drive thru in the evening and pulled up to the window, but no one greeted me or even acknowledged that I was there. I sat at the window for about five minutes waiting for someone to take my order, and it wasn’t even busy when I arrived. Eventually, more cars started pulling in and it became busier, yet I was still completely ignored. I ended up leaving without ever having my order taken. A simple greeting or acknowledgment would have made a difference. Unfortunately, the lack of customer service at this location was extremely disappointing.

    I LOVE this Dutch Bros location. The customer service is always excellent, its the main reason I go so often. The staff makes me feel so appreciated. Plus the quality is consistently great.

    Tried to like this place, but it's a no. Order in app and wait more than 30 minutes in the drive thru for pickup is diabolical. And it is consistently a 30 minute + wait. It's not that it's busy, it's that they are disorganized. Today was the last time going. I ordered a hot latte. They pinched the side of the cup and put the lid on. As I pulled away from location and took a sip, the hot liquid leaked out the pinched part under the lid onto my clothes and burned me. They didn't even put a paper holder around the cup so the hot cup could be held. Ruined shirt, bad service, bitter coffee, long wait times, melted shakes and blended drinks, sandwiches ice cold in the middle. Not worth your hard earned dollars or time. The app auto adding a 20% tip is sneaky, and not deserved.
