    Unfortunately all the times I’ve been to this location I’ve had to wait a long time to receive a mobile order (nobody likes watered down coffee). I’ve also encountered very rude employees. Such a shame that Dutch bros are known for their customer service, however this location does not reflect that.

    I have gone to this location before and the staff were very kind and made delicious drinks! Today, my usual order did not taste good and was missing coconut. I kindly asked if they could remake it (also considering I tipped) and the staff argued and gave a hard time remaking the order. When they finally said they'd remake it, they took a long time as I stood outside in the hot sun. The cashier kept talking and joking with the other people there. I will not be tipping at this location again. After a long day at work, I wanted a quick drink before I got home to cook and was met with disrespect. I am very disappointed with the service and people working today.

    I usually have a great experience at Dutch Bros University and love the friendly atmosphere and customer service from the team. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was very disappointing because of my interaction with Mel. She was rude and unwelcoming, and I left feeling like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. This was very different from the positive experiences I’ve had in the past. I hope this feedback is taken seriously because kindness and customer service make a huge difference in customer experience.

    This location has a severe logistical flaw and is a total waste of time. I placed an app order at 10:20 AM for a 10:25 AM pickup. Upon arrival, I got trapped in the drive-thru for 15 minutes, only to be told it would take another 10–15 minutes to reach the window. Out of necessity, I eventually had to leave my car parked in the active drive-thru lane, walk to the window on foot, and fetch my order myself—which was already completed and sitting in the fridge. Even during the 5 minutes I spent walking up to the window and back, the line remained completely stagnant. By the time I escaped via a corner exit, the line had spilled entirely onto the main street, dangerously obstructing public traffic and completely blocking off the parking lot spots. You have two lanes—use them properly. Reserve the inner lane (closer to the parking spots) exclusively for mobile order pickups. Mobile customers are grab-and-go; this lane would move rapidly and stop blocking the parking infrastructure. Use the outer lane strictly for customers placing live orders to keep the slow-moving traffic away from the parking stalls. Allowing the app to promise a 5-minute pickup window when your physical layout cannot handle the volume is a complete failure in logistics. Fix your traffic flow.

    I've had mixed experiences at this Dutch Bros location, and several issues have continued to add up over time. First, parking is extremely limited. There are only three parking spaces available, and two of them are designated for order pickups. If the drive-thru line is long, it can be very difficult to maneuver out of the parking area. In many cases, it's easier to walk here than drive. Another concern is the inconsistency in how orders are handled near closing time. On one occasion, I arrived around 9:40 PM and went to the walk-up window to place an order. An employee asked if I had a car and directed me to the drive-thru instead. I followed their instructions and was able to place my order there, even though the line was busy and employees were taking orders from cars outside. Today, I arrived at approximately 9:41 PM and went directly to the drive-thru based on that previous experience. The location closes at 10:00 PM. After waiting in line, I reached the window around 9:55 PM, but no employee came to assist me until 9:59 PM, at which point I was told they were closed and could not take my order. The most frustrating part is the lack of consistency. Customers should be able to expect the same process regardless of which employee or manager is working. Based on my experiences, it seems that policies near closing time may vary depending on the staff on duty. Clearer and more consistent service would go a long way toward improving the customer experience at this location.
