    The absolute only reason for the 1 star is the speed of service, it’s never fast. Maybe call Starbucks and get some pointers on how they do it cause Dutch Bros is always slow

    12PM lovely girl taking our order we pull up to the window to hear multiple people talking and not paying attention that led to us getting the wrong drink 💀 please put them outside to work instead of laughing both of our drinks have different numbers 🙂

    I’m a regular at this Dutch Bros and it never disappoints! Odalis always makes my visits great — friendly, quick, and always gets my order just right. She’s one of the reasons I keep coming back. Consistently good service — Highly recommend this location!

    Odalis is the reason this Dutch Bros location deserves 5 stars. I always order the sugar-free Hopscotch protein, and she makes it perfectly while chatting with genuine warmth — she’s attentive, remembers little details, and just has this friendly energy that makes the whole stop feel welcoming. She creates a great vibe for everyone in line, not just me. Employees like her are exactly why I keep coming back! Thank you Odalis for always making my day better and my tummy happy!

    I normally wouldn’t submit a bad review because this is the only bad experience i’ve had at this location but this morning I ordered two of the same drinks at the window which was the double torture the only difference between the two were one was blended mine was iced. When we got the drinks mine was extremely dark and strong, i’ve been getting this drink every time I go for months and never had it been this dark when I went back around for them to fix my drink the girl at the window tried to correct me and told me it was dark because it had extra shots I explained to her that I got two of the same drinks so why was one darker and have more shots in it. She made me another drink and it wasn’t any much different from the first drink she gave me and she told me she made me a vanilla mocha something and that I was wrong. The pictures I attached are the difference between the drinks, the taller drink is the double torture blended I asked for this exact drink but iced, if i ordered the same two drinks why would one be darker and stronger. In the end she still didn’t give me what i asked for and even gave me something completely different and told me this is what I wanted.
