The donuts were labeled incorrectly, creating unnecessary confusion, and instead of apologizing for the mistake, she argued with customers. This business shouldn't hire an employee who is not responsive, not able to organize simple things and not able to correctly labeling products. Customers should not have to deal with incorrect information and a hostile attitude beginning of the day when bringing a mistake to an employee's attention. Management seriously needs to address the lack of professionalism and customer service. You guys need to educate your employee about how to talk.
