- TJtasha johnson3 days ago1.0I always do mobile and today I get there and the doors are looked with a sign that says short staff but there is literally 4 people in there. This is the 3 time this has happened. They literally could’ve handed me my drink and lock the door back if that’s the case, however they wanted me to go through the drive-through which had already 10 cars in line. I couldn’t get in the line and wait because that would’ve made me late for work. So I left with no drink. This store has the worst customer service ever. I wish they would just turn the mobile ordres off so that customers would know not to order online due to the inside being close.

- DMDavid MartinJul 19, 20265.0I like this location, the staff is really good for the most part. They have loads of seating so it's a great place to go and sit if you want to work on your computer. I like the food and donuts, coffee is great too. The prices are too high for things like iced coffee and ice cream, but that's really the only criticism. The best part about Dunkin for me is if I want hot coffee, they'll put the cream in ahead of time so that I can just immediately hit the road and start driving. Other places I always have to pull over and take the time to put cream in and stir. Shout out to Luis and Anas, they're good guys and always super friendly
