They ignored my son twice when he asked about the food, so I had to jump in and clarify the situation. As soon as I did, the food was ready. The woman who was supposed to check on my son’s order just disappeared into the back. These folks are really lazy and don’t seem to care at all.

I asked about my order FOUR TIMES, and somehow they kept ignoring me like I wasn’t even standing there. How is it acceptable to make a customer wait an entire hour and then not even bother to give them an answer? The service was beyond terrible, the communication was nonexistent, and the whole experience was incredibly frustrating. I came in expecting a simple drink and left feeling completely disrespected and ignored. If you don’t care about your customers, don’t be surprised when they stop coming back. This place seriously needs to get its act together.
