- GGGladys Estefania Guzman6 days ago1.0Wish I could give it 0 but for review purposes a 1 will do. Went to this location once again knowing how horrible the service is on Sunday 8/23. The two ladies working there closed the lobby and closed the doors in the middle of the day. There was a long wait but that wasn’t the issue. When we got to the window after waiting more than 30 minutes one of them came out and asked us “excuse me what are you waiting for” while the coffee was just sitting there and they’re laughing and giggling at the angry customers outside the establishment. She then blamed it on how busy it was, but keep in mind we’re at the window, and in drive through, we’re expected to receive our order next. They didn’t acknowledge us or tell us that it would take that long, they just kept doing what they were doing and after I honked they came out, were rude and told me to take it up with corporate. Horrible customer service. Also they had angry customers outside the store that were brushed off and went back to their cars with wrong orders.

The woman that took my order sounded mad just to be taking my order I should've just left at that point. Her nostrils were flaring like she was trying to contain herself while taking my payment. Can't imagine what would have a dunkin employee so angry on their shift there weren't even any cars there besides me. She gave me the wrong drink and two of the wrong donuts and I'm sure it was on purpose bc she specifically asked if I wanted sprinkles and I told her no but got two donuts with sprinkles and I didn't even order two. This used to be a good location I haven't seen some of the good employees in awhile they might've had some turn over but i won't bother with this location again

The workers look clueless working there, you ask for a croissant you get something else. It took them 30 mins to make 2 egg and cheese croissants and once i got the order it was cold and looked simply thrown together. I have faced the same experience from the last 3 times i have been there. This is absolutely disgusting that this is the only dunkin in vintage neighborhood.
