When I pulled up to the drive-thru around 11:00 AM, I was informed that because they were “slammed,” they were only accepting DoorDash orders at that time. At first, I genuinely thought it was a joke—but it quickly became clear that it wasn’t. As a loyal, daily customer, I found this completely unacceptable. Turning away in-person customers in favor of delivery orders is both frustrating and inconvenient. I was then forced to drive to another location on 249 and Spring Cypress, despite this location being much closer and part of my normal routine. This experience was disappointing and left a very negative impression. I hope this situation is addressed so that loyal customers are not turned away in the future
