I brought in 4 kids and had to ask a bunch of questions to answer questions like what's on a wake up wrap to choose from🤷♀️ it's not listed. Donut holes "munchkin"(did know that was the name I needed to look for on glass donut display, barely visible, if you don't know it's there. It's very frustrating, if it's not a place one frequents. I'm assuming most people only go through the drive thru here. I thought coming inside would have more helpful information listed we're asking the girls if they want it. Food was good, drink was great. Service was very good. Really it's down to interior design in the way of menus and views

I have to stand in front of the counter for 5-10 minutes before I am acknowledged and my order is taken. Workers that aren't tending the counter will look at me, and go back to their tasks, not acknowledging that I have been waiting. Workers are blasting explicit music with children in the building. Often, I have to remind employees that I ordered an iced coffee because they forget to make it. Awful service all around.

He did not provoke or give them any reason to act rude , the one lady who was taking the order rolled her eyes at me when i asked her if the refresher had caffeine,i would consider hiring someone new who actually enjoys their job …

My transaction this morning was deeply upsetting and unprofessional. During the interaction, I felt disrespected, dismissed, and unfairly treated by an employee who refused to reasonably assist during payment, spoke to me in a hostile manner, and ultimately told me to get out of the line. My order was also incorrect afterward. As a Black woman, the interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and discriminated against based on the tone, treatment, and lack of professionalism displayed toward me as a paying customer. What should have been a simple coffee run became an unnecessarily hostile experience. I am requesting that this matter be taken seriously and reviewed appropriately by ownership and leadership.

I rather you tell me hello welcome to Dunkin what can I get started for you just like every other place. Today, the lady didn’t even try and reach out for me to hand me my coffee so I’m reaching out my window to get it like maam it’s not our fault that there is a thick brick between you and me so is either you gon reach a bit further or I get out my car which is not gonna happen. Also, I should not have to wait 15-20 mins in line and why are workers allowed to wear earphones on shift?🤨
