- JCjazmine croomAug 16, 20261.0This is the worst Dunkin to go to. The lines are always long and the service is horrible. I don’t mind the wait but it’s the attitude of the workers there that don’t make no sense. All I had was a small coffee and a bacon egg and cheese wrap. Is it so hard to get it well done, mind you when I was ordering I asked for it to be well done. So when I received it I check it and the bacon didn’t even look cook so I went outside and told one of the lady cashiers and she immediately had an attitude and snatch it from me and when I did receive the new one I could tell it had been thrown in there. I’m just so disappointed in this Dunkin especially for them to be a new establishment.

The drive thru line was not well managed and he was in over his head with only one worker. The inside of the place is closed and they only let the police officers in to service them while he threw together everyone else’s order. This location is not ready to provide service to this area and the management is TRASH!!! Go to Shipley down the street or another Dunkin with better customers service!

I was addicted to Starbucks but when I tried the Latte from dunkin I never went to Starbucks again, I recently started working in there area and I went to this dunkin since it's down the street and the first it was nasty and I went back again to give it another try and again disgusting, another time I was running late for work and decided to give it another chance and nope this is the nastiest latte I ever had, I even added two extra shots of espresso and it was like I was drinking half of cup of water mixed with milk and a bucket of sugar. Never again, I rather drive somewhere else even if it's far. No other dunkin is like this one!!!

We went back to talk to one of the workers and were just told that its the setting of the stove, but it was smelling burnt as well. We've had other hash browns as well and this is the first time I've seen something like this.
