  I hate to even leave a bad review because the lady who helped me was extremely kind and sweet. But I had one request for my latte, OAT MILK. She could not locate the latte I originally asked for and I still didn't mind as long as I got OAT MILK. I reiterated this no less than 5 times and still got a huge latte full of regular milk. I politely asked if it had OAT milk to which the guy replied "no it just says milk". Long story short she just kept saying I never told her, so I took the latte because I was about to run late for work. I'm lactose intolerant so while the latte may taste fine I'm sure I'll pay for this later. Pretty disappointed since this was my little treat to get my day going.

  Being black, I really did feel like the other inside the store. They bare even spoke. Showed disappointment when I forgot to ask for hot coffee but I wasn't offered what type just what size. I don't like the atmosphere. They maybe just young.

  So when I came to come in here, the atmosphere and the staff is actually super duper amazing, everything is very fresh, but there is a specific worker, I believe her name is Nancy who is there in the mornings, and she will deliberately mess up your order, and it doesn’t make sense. Especially patronize in the business for over five years… Hopefully she gets some training, and she Understands that you should be kind at all times to people.

  They’ve never got my order right. It’s so funny and frustrating
