I really don’t understand why there’s a lack of understanding and will argue about HOW you’re going to get your made (because the POS says so) when I literally say I don’t like it and if I could just get a different drink and even pay the difference. Literally arguing that I was charged for this latte and I HAVE to drink because they already ring it up as that. Makes so sense and is frustrating. On top of that, they’re so unorganized when drinks are finished. They just plop them on the mobile orders and expect you to know which one is yours?.

🚨Dunkin is located INSIDE KROGER! However, my order was amazing! Not every dunkin I've been to prepares my drink as requested. The young lady that took my order was courteous. Only downfall, you do need to park & walk inside Kroger.

Update. There is no store alone location. The map doesn't tell you it's inside the Kroger. Please go to the Kroger to the right it's right there.
