  Idk their names. But twice now, same 2 girls, have been incompetent. I let it go the first time because I usually have a good experience here, so I figured it must be an off night. But this is the second time that they stood in the drive through window just talking and laughing while I sat there for 5 minutes before either of them opened the window. All I ordered was a drink and a donut. First time they handed me a donut and no drink. I sat in the drive through window almost 10 minutes before one of the girls came back and tried to hand me the next persons order. I told them I was waiting for my drink, which was sitting right there at the window the whole time. This time, same order. Handed me a drink and walked away. Sat there another 3-4 minutes before the girl came back to the window to ask why I hadn’t left. Told her I was waiting for a donut and she disappeared for another 2 minutes before the other girl came over to the window to see why I was still here. Finally got the order and the donut is the wrong one. Really disappointed.

  It was about time I made this review. I’ve only had Dunkin four times in my life. Each of those times have been from this location. I’ve only had a good experience 1/4 times here. That one and only good experience was from my first time there. The service was nice and the staff knew what she was talking about. The second time I went here they charged me for a medium after I told them multiple times I wanted a small. I knew what price the small was since I had it just the other day. I got the window and saw that my drink size was different and so was the total. The lady at the window kept saying no it was small. So I just left it like that, that time. For my third time experience I got my drink made wrong. I had asked for a watermelon energy drink with no sparkling water and to add lemonade instead. At the drive thru they said they understood what I was asking for. I got to the window and even doubled checked my order and they said yes that’s correct there’s no sparkling water. I drove away and tasted my drink and tasted the sparkling water. Not only did it taste like sparkling water it also had sparkling water on the receipt on the cup. Now for my fourth time experience which was today I went into to get my remake from yesterdays drink and the lady at the drive thru and window did not understand what I was saying and asking for even though she kept saying yes she understood. This is the same lady I have experienced for the last three times I’ve been there. Not only did this lady tried to give me someone else order multiple times she also told me to drive back around twice all those three days I went and saw her. She was more focus on the time for the drive thru than the customers experience. Every time my order was wrong I called the store and there was a different lady that would answer the phone. If this lady took the orders and was at the window I believe all 4 of my experiences would’ve been pleasant. Now the 4th time I went after the “rude” lady didn’t understand what I wanted and what she was doing, I got to work and realized that they also messed up my mobile order that I ordered. It was a turkey wrap with white cheddar and to take the American cheese off. The sticker no the bag was right but not the order. My wrap had American cheese on it. After I go back and get my remake tomorrow I don’t see myself visiting this location or any Dunkin after those experiences.

  Worst service ever ask for 12 Donuts and they said they didn’t have any for today what ever was there was FOR THE NEXT DAY… never coming back to this location

  I visited yesterday, July 26, around 10:00 AM and ordered a Dunkalatte through the drive-thru. Unfortunately, it was made incorrectly. This drink used to be a 10/10 every time, so it was disappointing. What was even more frustrating was the drive-thru experience. After I said "no" to an add-on, the employee kept asking if I wanted something else, which made me feel pressured instead of simply placing my order. It feels like something has changed, possibly the management. This location used to provide great service, but my recent experience was not the same. I hope they can get back to the quality and customer service they were known for.
