    I will never go back there again EVER!!!!! I ordered one of their daily specials to go and when the server the food out there was barely any food on the plates. I asked for a refund and the "manager" who was very nonchalant and dismissive told me she couldn't give me a refund only a giftcard and if I needed a refund it would talk 1-2 for it to go through. When I asked for for the receipt I gave her to make sure the refund was done she refused and handed me a copy paper copy of the receipt. I used to love this place for the portions and the prices now it seems they just grifting because of the name and history..

    I haven't been here in a really long time, and I was really excited at first. When I got here, I wanted the veggie omelette, but I wanted to add spinach to it. They said no???? It shattered my heart into a million pieces. So I got the eggs Benedict with ham instead. It looked so beautiful when it got to the table, but it was kinda cold. I still ate it all and half of my hash browns. Those were okay too. Overall I wasn't super impressed. The coffee was hot though and I definitely did get checked on a lot so the servers are really attentive. Not sure if I'd come back here, but maybe today was just weird. Thanks anyways guys I appreciate that yall tried!

    Place was clean. We were seated immediately by the host. Our waitress, Holly was a sweetheart, gave us food suggestions since it was our 1st time visiting Dot. Chicken Fried steak and eggs were delicious the cfs portion was so huge I had to share it with my aunt. She ordered the buttermilk pancakes, they were so soft and fluffy and delicious. Yumm. Holly was so attentive to our needs she came around several times to refill our cups with coffee and asking if we needed anything else. Superb food and service! Highly recommend this place!

    When we visited yesterday (7/16/26), they were very busy and seemed maybe a little short-staffed in the kitchen, so we waited a while for our food, but it was worth it. I also watched a party of 7 wait a long time for a table, and they were happy to do it. It's all worth the wait! Don't skip the pancakes, or the biscuits & gravy! Attentive servers and a clean dining room make me a happy customer every time we visit! Will definitely be back!

    Went to this location this afternoon and it was crowded. I thought I would have to wait for a long time to sit down but actually was just a three minute wait after we got seated a waitress came and took our order. Her name was Mary and she did such a phenomenal job in taking our order and serving our food. She always came with refills even when we didn’t ask for them. Our food was so delicious. I had the best breakfast I’ve ever had in years and it was amazing to see how all the employees worked with such grace.
