Turkey with dressing, mashed taters, and green beans. 😋 Mmm-Mmm good 👍🏼. Wifey had the classic chicken fried steak Mac&cheese, and broccoli 🥦. My son had the chicken fingers with fried cheese sticks & fries 🍟. Very good, filling, & very satisfied. Thank you Dots for a good meal. What else can you ask for...

He was welcoming and friendly and told our table all about Dot's history. I got the weekend brunch feta, spinach, tomato omelette and it was wonderful! The hash browns were exceptionally crispy and flavorful! The orange juice was also a stand out. I feel like a ding dong, but I was surprised by how amazing the coffee was as well! Its in the name, of course its excellent! A lotta diner coffee can be weak, but not here! I'll definitely stop by again next time I'm in the city!!
- MNMaylynn NSep 5, 20261.0This is the second time I’ve dined in the past few months and am disappointed that there hasn’t been an improvement in their service. When I’m seated at the table, it takes over 5 mins for a server to come to my table with a menu. Service seems to be extremely slow despite having so many servers standing around. We asked what the soup of the day was and our server didn’t know and never followed up what soup was offered. There doesn’t seem to be enough napkins available either. You’re only seated with the one napkin that comes with the utensils — dirty utensils— you must ask for extra napkins. The chicken fried steak was very bland and a bit soggy. Their waffles were soggy as well, it’s a wet pancake disguised as a waffle. I’m honestly surprised that they have carpet in their restaurant. The bathrooms were unkempt and outdated. Telwink or Kelly might be a better option for a classic diner. Waffles are $15! I believe Telwink is only $6.50.
