Home of the cremated, pizzas no matter which pizza I ordered. The pizza is always burnt to a crisp. I’m trying to love my neighborhood Domino’s but this location just has the oven too hot at all times…no point in even asking for another pizza the pizza gonna be burnt AGAIN.

Worst domino’s i have ever been to. Welcome to domino’s and didn’t say another word to me for 25 minutes while i patiently waited. Everyone that came after me was asked what they needed pick up or whatever. At 25 minutes I had to get the manager’s attention. Rick and he’s the one that had been ignoring me all that time. No good excuse for the rudeness or the delay with my order which took over 40 minutes for one pizza. Never again.

Sent in an online order at 7:10pm for 15 pizzas (just pepperoni and cheese, nothing fancy or complicated ). Within minutes it was marked as being made on the app. We knew this was a large order so we ignored timer saying that it would be ready in 15-25 minutes and showed up at 7:45. When I asked the cashier they said "we haven't started that one yet, give us about 10 minutes as we'll start it". I figured if they started it in 10 minutes it should be close to done in about 30. When I went to check in after 30 minutes they still hadn't started making it (it appeared they we're ignoring carryout orders and only making delivery orders, I don't know that for 100% but that is what it looked like). One of the people making pizzas came over to us and said "oh we're doing that one right now...another lie. About 10-15 minutes after they said that they finally actually started to prepare our pizzas. We didn't end up leaving with them until 8:45.
I'm not upset that my large order took a long time, I'm mad that they lied. They lied by saying they were being made in the app, then they lied and said they'd start making them in 10 minutes, and then lied again saying they were currently making them 30 minutes later.
If they would have been honest with me I would have been able to cancel my order and find another way to feed the 20 high schoolers we had waiting for us after a long competition day.
0/10 experience.

When I ordered from this location at some point previously, both pizzas were SWIMMING in sauce. When I called to request a refund, the female manager I spoke apologized, gave me a refund, and suggested to order “light sauce” next time just to be safe. I placed two orders earlier this week and opted for light sauce; everything was great. I redeemed enough points for a medium pizza so I used them today along with the 50% off deal. The restaurant is 10 min; it took almost an hour for my order to arrive. I figured they are busy; not the end of the world, but I am on a schedule. One of the pizzas was completely wrong (I ordered an Extravaganzza, but got a Meatzza) and the other pizza had NO CHEESE OR SAUCE! I called and the gentleman I spoke to asked me to bring the pizza back to the store for switch outs; I declined. Defeats the purpose of delivery and I don’t have time for that. Then, the manager gets on the phone, brings up the previously mentioned cancellation, and says that someone will come to pick up the pizzas. I mentioned I cannot wait for that; he mentions the previous cancellation again. Avoid this location at all costs!
