- JJJayJul 3, 20261.0This place is the worst. I've have multiple horrible experiences ordering from this location. I ordered online a couple weeks ago in advance. My delivery time was scheduled for 9:30. Food finally showed up at 11pm after sitting at the store for over an hour. I had to go out and hunt town the driver who couldn't find my apartment. He wreaked of marijuana and handed me my cold food. I called to register a complaint and after speaking to multiple people finally got a manager on the phone. He offered to remake my order and I declined because I couldn't wait another hour and a half for another delivery. He then offered to credit the cost of my order toward my next purchase which I was satisfied with. Fast-forward to a week later. I called to order and spoke to the "store manager" who told me there was nothing credited to my account and that if I didn't get the name of the person I had talked the previous week it was my fault and since he wasn't there there was nothing he could do. Then he said he was going to put me on hold while he spoke with the person he believed was on duty that particular evening to see if they remembered the conversation. I waited on hold for 20 minutes before finally hanging up. Whoever owns this place needs to clean house because your management team is a joke. Look at your reviews there's a reason there are so many 1 stars

The attitude and dirty looks I was given you think I did something difficult like I asked them to solve a geometry problem or something. And they don't of course. I mean why would a business not want to sell their own gift cards in store. Wonder what genius came up with that idea, I always feel safer buying it directly from the store, so I don't get a scammed card from retail stores.
