- ARAmanda RajasJul 2, 20261.0Went to pickup last night. The woman there proceeded to tell me to not go in the front door bc she locked it and then go to the side door. No words were spoken it was all hand motions. I get out read the sign and it says to notify them in the app you’re ready to pick up. I had a bad feeling so got back in my car. The woman comes out and proceeds to yell at me while I’m in my car standing in front of my car to get my attention to yell at me “ we’re open you just have to use the side door”. I gave her the okay and motion. Today there are four charges on my card and then them being reversed and I’m on hold with my bank now. The customer service the woman provided was horrible and it felt extremely hateful with her tone, facial expressions and aggression in her voice and body language. The pizza was good I just will not be back. Please get some therapy for your trauma and hatred towards others. It’s people like you that make your community look bad and the stereotypes to be true. Please educate yourself and learn basic human decency, etiquette, Excellent customer service skills and how to speak to still let your point come across clear and efficient without yelling or hatred. I’m not sure why you couldn’t walk to my window to speak to me like a human being instead of a wild beast you’re trying to tame. Also watch out for FRAUD because my bank said they refused the payment last night. I’m really not sure why but it seems shady. BEWARE!

Driver left at 1 am and drove around for 45 minutes to purposely make my pizza cold. For over 40 minutes app kept saying driver was 3 minutes away. I left 20% tip on app with order. I’m a frail senior just out of hospital and didn’t eat all day and driver said it was my fault because I’m dangerous. Everyone dispute your credit card charges as soon as they post and never use Dominos EVER!!!
