    They are closing earlier than the stated business hours. They are refunding orders at midnight and when we went to the business at 1230, the timestamp on this review proves it, they refused a pickup order. Whoever owns this franchise needs to set their employees straight and the closing manager. I work in hospitality, if you don't like the hours your business is open, then get a new job.

    Extremely frustrating experience. The store is only a mile away, but delivery took over an hour. The driver claimed they couldn’t find my apartment and kept calling instead of delivering the order. The order was never delivered, and I still haven’t received my refund
