- MMMelJun 13, 20261.0Used to be my favorite pizza place but unfortunately I won’t be returning. Customer service at this specific location is terrible, they act as though they’re uninterested in speaking to you and are quick to hang up. I called trying to complete an order I was having issues with and was met with quick short answered responses sounding bothered by me calling the store.
- RDRamses DrakoJun 1, 20261.0Terrible service , I went to pick up a pizza at 11:20pm , May 31,2026 , I placed another order and there was a mistake on the pizza , so went I got home I noticed and called the store back , the guy Kory Templet was the one that was there and he was being rude and saying that he wasn’t going to do anything about it , which I told him that I would give him the pizza back and if he could please make the right one which he responded to “Im just going to give you a refund “ and then I was like but I want the pizza and then he reply with “ If you place another pizza I’m not making it and I will cancel it “ and then he hang up on me , the I have to drive 15 min away just to get the pizza like man that’s not the way you treat costumers and hopefully I can get a reply back, it just not right doing that , and I had to drive all to Friendswood just because that guy was being petty and stupid about a mistake.

It says “served with icing” on the website and this is the first time I go in there and Hope says to me that it doesn’t come with icing at all and you have to add it to your order. “If the icing isn’t on the receipt then I can’t give it to you” THE ICING COMES WITH THE CINNAMON BITES. She didn’t understand even after I showed her own menu. I obviously still asked her for 2 icings because I have 32 pieces of dry cinnamon bread that needs it. Long story short, Hope needs to be re trained and learn some hospitality. Pizza was great at least
