    Everything was really good and I would come back the only issue was the fridge was out so the drinks were warm other then that pretty cool place I'd go back

    Since Google deleted my personal experience, let me rephrase it. I placed an order through doordash for delivery. My order was clocked out as 'delivered' in under 6 minutes, yet it was NEVER delivered. I called the store and spoke to the MOD who told me to just "request a charge back on your card". Very unprofessional. I called again the next day asking to speak to the GM (I wont add her name since my last review was deleted) who was not helpful and literally told me "I dont know what you want from me". I asked for her MCOs information to contact her (also wont mention her name) but she refused and said she "didnt feel comfortable giving it out to me". So I left my information in hopes she would contact me instead. I then contacted UberEats who said they would investigate the situation. They contacted me back and stated that someone from the store told them that since it was marked 'delivered' they would not be issuing me a refund. Any manager can access this information and see that it was marked as delivered in the system (I know because Im employeed by the same company). I also have SCREENSHOTS of everything. The time I placed my order to the time it was marked as 'delivered' AND text messages from the GM at this location. I was finally given the MCOs business number who I then called and left a voicemail. Its been months with no call back. If anyone reads this review, know that the supervisor herself does not care at all how this store is ran. For someone to speak in front of an audience at the company convention in Las Vegas, I expected more professionalism from her. A simple call back would have been sufficient and also not requesting Google to delete my HONEST and PERSONAL review of my situation. Do not order here, this corporate location lacks professionalism and ultimately rewards theft. Theft is what happened when they stole my money and lied when I requested a refund from a service I never received. I've added pictures of when I placed my order and when it was clocked out, I then also included how far away I was from the store. Can someone explain how my order was made, cooked and then delivered to me in under 6 minutes?

    I bought a $9.99 pizza in a hurry. Forgot to pick any of the 7 toppings. In the store I asked for a refund so that I can reorder. The manager said no. I asked if they can give me some toppings since $9.99 comes with 7 toppings. Manager refused. Horrible customer service!!!

    I have given this Domino’s location multiple chances, and every single order has been a negative experience. Order #1: My delivery driver looked inside my apartment and proceeded to comment on how empty it was, saying he had never seen an apartment like that before. I had literally relocated to Houston and moved into my new apartment less than 24 hours earlier. That was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Order #2: My order arrived incomplete. I called the store over 35 times trying to get assistance or my missing food, and no one answered the phone or attempted to resolve the issue. Order #3: The driver couldn’t locate my address, even though I live in a residential building, and I had to leave my apartment and meet them in the stairwell of my 24-story building to receive my food. Most recent order: I received a call saying they couldn’t fulfill my order as placed because they didn’t have all of the toppings. When I requested a refund, the employee falsely told me I would have to contact my bank because they couldn’t issue one. After I continued questioning that, he suddenly “found” a way to process the refund. While I was explaining how unprofessional that was, he interrupted me, claimed he couldn’t hear me, and hung up. I called back and asked to speak with a manager. Instead, I was connected to a general manager from another store who essentially told me there was nothing he could do because it wasn’t his location. Other than saying he’d let the assistant manager know, there was no real accountability or attempt to make things right before ending the call. At this point, this isn’t one bad experience—it’s a consistent pattern of poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and zero accountability. Between inappropriate comments from drivers, missing food, unanswered calls, delivery issues, misinformation about refunds, and employees hanging up on customers, I will not be ordering from this location again. I expect much better from a company as large as Domino’s.

    The WORST experience I’ve ever had going to domino’s. The customer service SUCKS they will completely ignore you and when they finaygot to me they “only had large doughs” ? And their system is always down apparently. Absolutely ridiculous 🍅🍅🍅
