I received bo update u til 8:49, after calling the store and requesting an update multiple times. I was on hold for about an hour and nobody answered. There is no option to cancel on Uber Eats, but this store is the DEFAULT location for my address, so I once again I wait.

I placed a delivery order around 4 PM, and the tracker showed my food was "out for delivery" for over an hour before suddenly updating to "delivered" even though I never received it. No one called, and no one answered the phone when I tried to reach the store. I ended up driving to the store myself, the exact thing I was trying to avoid by paying for delivery. The employee's response was basically, "I don't know, I just started my shift at 6," and no one else working apologized or made any effort to help or make it right. I also filled out the online help form and still haven't received a response. Easily the worst Domino's experience I've ever had. Save your money and order somewhere else.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Management should really look into the employees they have working there because they clearly do not want to do their jobs.

My order was an hour late, just like the others who reviewed. They are understaffed and only deliver once they have several other orders and do it all at once, THATS why it takes so long. The food showed up with a damp box (because it had steamed itself out over the hour), and the delivery guy was sweating so bad his wet handprints were on the box. On top of all that, I got a regular cheese pizza that was supposed to be a 2 topping. Good thing I used Uber Eats and was instantly refunded, because I can guarantee this guy wasn’t coming back, nor would I want him to. You’ve been more than warned. Order somewhere else.
