- ASArt Smith1 day ago1.0Ordered pizza at 7:33. Never delivered. Called at 8:30 and was told pizza just went out the door. Canceled it. Supposed to get a refund. Will see if that occurs. Third time I have ordered from this location and every time delayed delivery. This time extreme!
- SCSandy CarrApr 29, 20261.0Tonight was 2nd time my order was messed up. 2 months ago didn't deliver my icing for cinnamon bites and when I told driver he shrugged and walked off. Tonight I ordered cinnamon bites again and received the icing but was delivered garlic bites. Pizza was delicious.
- LLLunaApr 25, 20262.0To no total fault of this new employee, he messed up the pizza as he was removing it from the pan, I waited for a new one. He sort of apologized but just said I messed up on you pizza. Then then what I think was the manager didn’t even talk to me to at least apologize about it. I was the for half hour after ordering 15 minutes in advance. Either have more than one experienced employee or expect unsatisfied customers. Lastly, I just like to say that aside from the pizza mishap that the new employee unfortunately experienced, my order got started late because the previous order was about 30 pizzas that were running through the oven while the app told me that my order started 15 minutes prior. Communication was never attempted and that’s not cool.

There were about 4-5 of them, not one person greeted me or acknowledge my presence, some even walked right past me. I stood at the counter for a good six minutes before I took matters in my own hands and ordered online. Which took another 2 mins and no one still came up to me. When I finally did get my pizza I also ordered a buffalo dip and the guy told me they didn’t have any. Hmm, it’s almost as if I ordered my pizza in person like I wanted to I would’ve been informed about them not having a dip that I paid for. I use to go to this location all the time but never again
