This time we ordered two large pizzas, and one arrived missing two of the three toppings we paid extra for. What was even more frustrating than the mistake was how it was handled. Customer service only offered to refund the cost of the missing toppings (about $1), despite the pizza being made incorrectly. There was no offer to refund or credit the incorrect pizza, and no consideration given to the $4.99 delivery fee we paid to have the order delivered correctly in the first place. Mistakes happen, but good customer service means making it right when they do. Unfortunately, this location seems more interested in minimizing refunds than taking care of customers. After two incorrect deliveries in a row, we’ll be ordering elsewhere.

It says it was delivered and I hadn’t received it. I call the store, and the man on the phone told me that it’s “company policy” that if you don’t answer the drivers call when they are 1-2 blocks away, they will take it back to the store. I’m confused on how answering a phone call correlates with delivery, when the delivery driver wasn’t even at my complex. I asked him where this policy was stated. He said in his store…. am I in your store to see your “company policy”? If it’s a “standard policy”, shouldn’t it be stated EVERYWHERE on your website? Got told by the man on the phone that i “need to take accountability for not putting in the right phone number”, when the delivery driver didn’t even come to my complex at all!!! I was waiting for him at the front for an HOUR. Finally, after an hour and 12 minutes, they delivered my cold pizza. Y’all need to really rethink the people you are putting on these phones and dealing with customers, because this was the worst experience I’ve ever had and will not be going back.
