  Ordered a pan press pizza. There was no sauce in it so it basically came to be just a cheese bread with toppings. Overall it was good but it was missing the sauce. Its not the first time its happened either.

  So actually, initially, I came in order.And although my order was wrong upon return, they helped me fix it with no issues expert next level.Customer service, and this place stays busy

  I had a terrible experience with Domino’s Pizza. My order was over an hour late, and when I called to check on it, the supervisor was extremely rude and disrespectful. There was no apology, no empathy, and to make matters worse, they hung up on me mid-conversation. Customer service like that is unacceptable. I understand delays can happen, but how you treat customers matters just as much. I will not be returning to this location until something is done about this employee and the way customers are treated.

  On 04/23/26, I placed an online take out order. I was unable to pick up my order because I ran into car issues. So I immediately tried contacting the store but after multiple tries I still received no response. It was close to closing time so I assumed that might be why no one was answering. Therefore I called again the following day. I spoke with Joshua who claimed to be the manager of this location. (I don't know if this is accurate but it's what he gave me) I let him know the issue and that I would like a refund. He told me no because someone picked up the food. I tried reassuring him it wasn't me. Then I asked what steps do they take to verify the customer is picking up the correct order? He said he asks for their name and that's it. Again I told him we'll if so then it was not me. Whether or not the information he was giving was accurate I dont know but I requested a refund again or to remake the food. He told me no, that my only option is to pay for it again. This interaction was extremely frustrating. So I have reached out to corporate. I anticipated a different experience because it is a newer location but no not at all.

  Do not ever put your order in to this place. I had an app delivery and watched the driver sit in two different lots for over 30 minutes. I received no calls or messages and therefore I tried to give the store a call to see if they could check on the driver to see if they were just doing multiple drops off. Not a single person would pick up for ten minutes until the literal moment the store closed and the manager literally picked up the call, said “we’re closed” AND HUNG UP. I kept calling again because I had not had my delivery made and it had been well over 40 minutes for a delivery that was 10 minutes away??? I had been on hold with them for over 10 minutes. Was told that the delivery driver had been waiting for me outside when I could literally see their location and they communicated NOTHING until I called, didn’t even notice the gate code because they asked for it, didn’t know what direction the house even though he was “right in front of it waiting” and the had the audacity to try and have me come out to them at the car to get my own stuff even with the “leave at door instructions”. They tried to tell me the driver isn’t physically able to get out the car….so why are you a delivery person if you can’t deliver. They literally said all this inadequate delivery driver could do was set my food on the curb in the rain and not just put the car in park and walk to the door. How can someone get an order, walk to the car, drive said car to delivery spot and suddenly can’t pick up the same literal order and walk it several feet and be on about their day. They have new management and/or associates it seems because months ago they had decent good people, even a delivery driver who had a legitimate physical disability who COMMUNICATED professionally beforehand so we could receive our order and was so nice in the process (Mr. Ortiz). I’ve had several deliveries from this same location, and they’ve NEVER had this problem until recently. With the recent reviews, I can see I’m not the only one
