- SZSarah ZickMay 13, 20262.0I was sadly disappointed. I got the brownie, lemon bar and pecan bar. There was too much crust/breading for my liking; I took some of it off. These were bland to me, I could taste the butter and sugar before the other flavors. The brownie didn't taste like a brownie to me. The lemon bar was the best out of the three but the crust drowns out the little bit of lemon filling. There's definitely potential, just need to work on asserting those flavors. Very cute place and design. Staff was great and friendly.

The slices of cake are half the size they used to be a year and a half ago, yet the price still tends to increase. This used to be my favorite dessert spot in the city of Houston So sad..

I called in & asked for a price to put a ribbon on my wifes cake as he gave me the price my phone died! Her bday is at 12am & shes been sick in the hospital. She just got out 2 days ago & we have been running errands & getting things done before I go back to work!!! Now I dont even want to give her this cake, how do I know its not tampered with now!?

I only need a small cake, but I don’t see my favorite cake on the 6-inch cake list?
We make a limited selection of 6-inch cake flavors, but you can always get slices of any flavor you like!
Why won't you write on my vegan cake?
The chocolate we use to write on cakes is not vegan, so we will not put non-vegan writing or decorations on a vegan dessert.
Will you write on my cake with colored frosting?
No, we only write with white chocolate or milk chocolate.
Will my cake be baked the night before I pick it up?
Custom orders are baked within 1-2 days of pickup. Standard menu items are baked fresh every week and kept at 0 degrees, so they stay at peak freshness until we deliver them to the store.
Will you add fresh fruit to my cake?
We have several desserts that are made with fresh fruit in the batter. We do not decorate our desserts with fresh fruit, however, and our stores do not keep fresh fruit on hand.
How do I store my leftover cake?
Cover it with plastic wrap, covering all the exposed parts. Store leftover cake in the fridge, but keep in mind that some flavors are best at room temperature. The storage and serving instructions for each cake are on our website.
How long is it safe to keep my cake?
If it’s wrapped well with no exposed edges, it will stay in the fridge for up to a week and up to a month in the freezer.

Please note that our kitchen is neither nut-free nor gluten-free. Our desserts are not meant for individuals who have severe allergy concerns. Please see our Food Allergy Statement.

Why do I have to pay for a plaque? Why can’t youjust write on my cake?
Our cakes designs are not smooth on top so we cannot write on an uneven surface. We require a purchase of a plaque, so the writing looks beautiful! The recipient has a delicious, personalized piece of white or dark chocolate to take home with them.
Can I pick up my order before you open?
Sure, but please give us a call before you make the trip to ensure our truck has arrived with your order.
