  Never a disappointment...except this visit. I placed my order through the Toast app as I normally do and headed over for my pick up. I could tell there was a new employee in the shop today. My order was delayed so I sat for a little bit. Once my name was called, I picked up my treats and left the store. I checked my items before getting into my vehicle and noticed I was given my past (favorite) regular order. I went back into the store and explained the mix up. The manager was very patient and supportive of the new employee's error and I can appreciate that. I left the store (the second time) thinking how close that favorite french vanilla cupcake was my grasp. I'm so bummed I didn't stick with regualr order. But, I did the right/honest thing, returned all the items that were in the bag I was handed in error. They got honest me this time, don't make that mistake again😉 jk. I really wish there was a Dessert Gallery in the Pearland/Ft Bend area. Until then, I'll continue to drive the miles for the fresh, delicious desserts. Thank you DG for consistent, quality products and customer service. What a sweet ending.

  I have tried a few different slices of cake from here and they were all delicious, but Mom’s Chocolate Cake….!Is it the best chocolate cake I have ever had? It’s certainly a contender. 👏🏻

  I was really disappointed by my experience today. Before driving over, I called to confirm that a whole coconut cake was available because I needed it for an employee’s 10-year work anniversary. I was told that one was available and that I could purchase it for $67.50. I drove to the bakery, waited in line, placed my order, and then waited about 20 minutes before someone came out to tell me they actually didn’t have the cake. After that, I had to wait again for a manager to process my refund. The manager apologized, which I appreciated, but the resolution fell short. She mentioned that I should ask for her next time to receive a discount, but she couldn’t find a business card and never actually gave me her name or any way to identify her. I left empty-handed, having spent significant time driving across town and waiting for an order that should never have been confirmed in the first place. Mistakes happen, but this could have been avoided with better inventory verification and communication. I hope the bakery improves its process for confirming availability before asking customers to make the trip.

  If I were going off of the baked goods alone, I’d say our assortment rated a solid 3.5 stars. Better than average, but nothing knocked our socks off. The service gives this place a 2 star review. The employees were aloof and the wait was unnecessarily long. Waiting 15 min when there was only one other party in the store seems excessive, but no one was in a hurry about anything. I’ve wanted to try this place for so long, so a birthday seemed like a good day to stop by. I don’t think we’ll be back.

  I had a wonderful experience! Brittany was so friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me choose exactly what I was looking for. Her excellent customer service made the visit even better. I’ll definitely be back, and I truly appreciate how kind and knowledgeable she was! I ordered my grandmother’s favorite cake- which is the Coconut cream cake! She helped me order the right size cake for the amount of guests I was feeding!! We loved the cake! We will be back
