  Visited Houston’s Dave & Buster’s on a weekday during summer—surprisingly quiet despite the season. The bowling lanes were slightly worn but clean, with kid-friendly guides and sliders that kept the grandkids entertained. The restaurant’s menu had solid options; smoked chicken was flavorful and well-portioned for the price. Staff were attentive, especially a bartender who knew our orders and a helper who went above and beyond. Free parking made it easy to access. The vibe felt lively even with fewer people—maybe busier on weekends? Worth a visit for food and fun.

  This is genuinely weird. Why are there no privacy boundaries? In an establishment with many children, I could not use a urinal. I was fine using a stall, but in an environment that entertains a mix of adults and children, what was the designer thinking? What is the owner thinking continuing this?! Give people a tiny bit of privacy! I don’t want to see someone doing their business bare when I walk into a restroom. I did reach out to guest relations about this. I’ve heard nothing back after giving them a month to reply.

  Had a wonderful experience! Bella was absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of. She was welcoming, professional, and really made the visit enjoyable. Great service can make such a difference, and Bella definitely went above and beyond. We’ll definitely be back!

  I met up with a small group of friends after work yesterday. The service was good. The air hockey was fun and the basketball shooting was fun. The food prices were high, though. I don't think a burger and a Coke should cost $22.98. It was loud right when I walked in the door, even though there weren't many people inside at the time; 6:45 pm. I had to almost yell to talk with my friends. I also wasn't happy about walking past the smoker standing right beside the only entrance when I arrived, blocking my path. So I decided to walk around outside a bit, even though it was hot, to give her time to finish her cigarette and for the smoke to clear before heading inside. I arrived earlier than my friends so I decided to wait at the bar; big mistake. The only other guy sitting at the bar quickly looked over at me and immediately got up and moved closer to me on my left while I was watching the game on one of the big screens above the bar. Then a couple quickly ran over to me and squeezed themselves in between me and the strange guy sitting one barstool away from me, even though all of the other barstools on all four sides of the bar were empty. Then a group of four people rushed over and they all tried to squeeze in between me and the empty barstool to my immediate right, even though there were plenty of empty barstools surrounding the rest of the bar. It was bizarre and almost felt like a prank. I finally got up and moved to another side of the bar because the strange people were making me uncomfortable and I didn't understand why they were all crowding tightly around me and leaving the other three sides of the bar completely empty. I thought that would be the end of it but just as I sat down another guy walked all the way around the bar, past all of the empty barstools, to stand right beside me and order a drink. I definitely won't be sitting at the bar if I ever go back again.

  It was an absolute pleasure to have Tyrone as our bartender today. He was attentive, always checking in. His friendly personality, knowledge of the menu from the drinks to the food is unmatched. He suggested that we try the chili lime wings and just as the rest of his service, it was spot on. We will definitely get them again on our next visit. Tyrone's ability to engage with the customers is excellent, as I watched him interact with others he delivered the same excellent service. You all are blessed to have Tyrone as a part of your team. If you are ever wondering who should train the next bartender, I think it is hands down Tyrone for sure. Thank you Tyrone for you wonderful service. Keith and Sabrina
