  I want to take a moment to recognize Brian, one of the managers at Dave & Buster’s, for providing truly exceptional customer service. While we experienced an issue during our visit, Brian handled the situation with an extraordinary level of professionalism, empathy, and composure. Rather than simply resolving the problem, he went above and beyond to ensure we felt heard, respected, and genuinely valued as guests. His ability to de-escalate the situation, communicate with transparency, and find a fair resolution completely transformed what could have been a negative experience into one that reinforced why great leadership matters. Brian’s dedication, accountability, and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction exemplify the highest standard of hospitality. Employees like him are a tremendous asset to Dave & Buster’s and deserve recognition for the positive impact they have on customers.   I went to Dave & Busters to get my mind off of a lot of stress and the customer service honestly brightened my mood. At the bar, both Alex P., Alex, Joey, Mark, and the manager Brian were genuinely so sweet and made my night. I felt like I was surrounded by my family! Great laughs, food , drinks, experience all around. I think they all deserve the biggest raise possible even if I have to be the one to pay it.

  I had an amazing experience at Dave & Buster’s thanks to Alex T. and Alex P. behind the bar! They were both incredibly friendly, attentive, and made the entire experience fun from the moment I sat down. Their customer service was outstanding—they checked in often, made great drink recommendations, and kept the energy upbeat even while they were busy. It’s not often you come across bartenders who genuinely make you feel welcome, but Alex T. and Alex P. absolutely did. They were professional, personable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They are a huge asset to Dave & Buster’s, and I’ll definitely be back because of the excellent service they provided.

  I wanted to leave a review because I’ve genuinely never been so frustrated and disappointed with service in my life. I would say the food is decent. However, how come you pay 50 dollars for an experience and then for over an hour not get served or asked if you need anything. I ordered for just for not to be asked what lane I was at (where were they going to send it then??) and then as expected it didn’t come for over 40 minutes. No check up I had to go LOOKING AROUND the entire upstairs to find one employee . Why, because they are all talking and in the back . Please do your job especially on 4th of july

  Accompanied the grandkids to this Bowling Alley located on the first floor of this games and entertainment center. Almost no one here on a weekday despite it being summer holidays. The bowling area, lanes and seating are a little worn down but still well maintained. Good system for tracking scores and many overhead TV screens showing ‘live’ games. Bowling was fun for the kids - they could chose to bowl in ‘child mode’ with a guide rails coming up on both sides of the lane and a bowling shoe slider. The restaurant had a decent menu and food was good.
