  Lovely experience. I celebrated my kids 11th birthday here and they had a blast! The waitresses were really good and understanding. One of the kids left his card on the table and someone picked it up. When I spoke to the front desk person, she was bery helpful and called the manager to help me out. He asked me for the receipt. When I showed him, he was able to transfer the balance along with the tickets to the card. He made the kid happy! Will surely return to this place!!

  Bankrupt! Failing business! Won’t honor their own coins or cards, They do not want you to succeed in points. Have this written down on paper and then they gave me less points (on their own chips). Have stacked up cards and chips, trying to win prize behind the glass case; will never happen!! As for the MGR. In the red shirt, would not honor face value nor his name and on his phone, trying to figure out what’s going on with all these big points!! The man in the black shirt, deserves 10 stars🤩 Been there for five years. A failing company like this, needs people like him!! No wonder why they run specials “Half-price games at Dave & Buster’s means the fun lasts twice as long. Sunday through Thursday, play over 150 games—including claw games—all for half the price. Bc they are failing and do not want to pay out on points!! Only 1500 Max points on that offer. When I have a stack of 5000 points of cards and they will not honor it!!! After it was scanned and verified through their system. They want your money and not honor their points that you deserved and paid for!!! Here is both sides of the cars to see they’re from Dave & Buster’s non-holographic and holographic. On top of the other loot, that’s extremely hard to get like the three Toto’s and the two Gary’s. I work hard for it and can’t get paid out🤮 Just wanna have fun for my birthday, Cinco de Mayo

  First we waited in a short lime which took long since they were busy but then they told me they serve drinks on the other side and when I went to the other side the other server said we get it at the front, then she was like ill ding it up for u but then she kept taking to other people then the card reader didn’t work then she rang me in the front but it took a long time, and we were already irritated cause of the weight and it was are prom night and we were on a tight schedule. The games were nice though, but it was super crowded. I wouldn’t have minded if they treated us a little better.

  Wow! Eric the manager is a hands on entertainment expert! It was my kids birthday so the 7 of us decided to come eat and play at D&B’s. However when it came time to eat, we had a concern due to our misunderstanding how the Eat&Play worked. However I would say within a matter of only a few minutes Eric made himself available to help us. He personally introduced himself, listened to me without interrupting and explained to us the information we needed to know to maximize the experience for our next visit! It came down to a misunderstanding while a host was singing us in but not explaining to us how the eat and play worked. This is a prime example of understanding it was our first time and ensuring our experience was enjoyable. Certainly we will be back soon!!!’ Thanks Eric!!

  I recently attended a large meeting at Dave & Buster’s Houston, and it was an amazing experience. The event had a high number of attendees, and the space accommodated everyone comfortably while still maintaining a great atmosphere. The food was excellent—everything from the main dishes to the desserts was well-prepared and delicious. I especially loved the smoked chicken; it was incredibly flavorful, tender, and perfectly cooked. The green beans served with it were also outstanding and paired so well with the meal. The overall vibe of the place was lively yet organized, making it perfect for both meetings and social gatherings. The staff handled the large group very well, ensuring everyone felt attended to and heard. Another big plus is the free parking, which made the experience even more convenient.
