  I placed my order at 8:10 with a pickup time of 8:18, yet I still had to wait an additional 20 minutes past the promised time just to receive my food. The delay alone was unacceptable, but the customer service made the experience even worse. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional, spending more time commenting on the amount of food I ordered instead of doing his job and getting my order out. He repeatedly made unnecessary remarks like ‘this is yours too,’ which came off as judgmental and dismissive. Overall, the service was disorganized, disrespectful, and far below basic customer service standards. I will not be returning on top of all that they serve me this !!

  Sat in drive through line for 30 minutes (literally they were moving that slow no exaggeration) JUST for them to say they are serving ice cream only after 9pm. Just lazy. You’re telling me it took 30 minutes to serve 3 cars in front of me some ice cream??
