  Very poor service. I stopped by a little after 9:00 PM and attempted to order through the drive-thru, but I wasn’t even sure it was open because the menu lights were turned off. When someone responded on the speaker, they sounded confused, so I decided to park and go inside instead. The exterior lights were also dimmed to the point that I had to look the location up online to confirm they were still open. The posted closing time showed 10:00 PM. While my family was eating, my husband went to get a refill and noticed the drink machine had already been turned off. When he asked the female employee about it, she stated it was already shut down — and at that point it was only 9:21 PM. It wasn’t until my husband repeated himself three times that she finally gave him a refill, while rolling her eyes. If the team is already shutting down and providing half-service by 9:00 PM, then the store should close at 9:00 PM instead of advertising 10:00 PM hours. This experience felt very unprofessional. Some people get off work late and are simply trying to grab dinner on the way home.

  Came into this location and asked about scanning the code for my point and was told that they don't use a scanner at this location. My receipt also didn't have a qr code to put the in the points

  Muy buena comida y helados pero deberían pedirle a una empleada que use mascarilla porque al hablarle a los clientes le huele mal la boca y es feo estar pidiendo una orden así todo lo demás muy bien
