  Me and my friend visited this establishment on 23 August. I wanted a small blizzard chocolate chip did not happen. The owner throw chunks of chocolate in my blizzard and told me that was the way it was made. I was telling him that was not the right way because I know how this is supposed to be made. I’ve been getting this for over 20 years was Very !!!! rude. The older guy told me I was a problem very unprofessional. I WILL NEVER step A foot in this establishment again. It needs to be shut down.

  I'm guessing the man that took my order was the owner. Not a very pleasant person to be helping customers. Didn't greet me at all. Just took my order and never once cracked a smile. Not even a hello. So while I stood waiting I noticed this plackard hanging in plain view (posted below). He should read it a few times. I will think twice before returning to this location. No goodbye or thank you when leaving either. He's not good for business. Not at a front end anyway. If he's the owner, he needs to stay behind the scenes.

  Service gets 3 stars instead of 0 because of the two nice women that work there. I feel so sorry for them- the owner is a horribly rude man that has no respect for anyone. He overcharges you and penny pinches his customers to the extreme. It’s the most expensive location I’ve ever been to. And the place is filthy. Calling the Health Department.
