  Service was very poor. The staff taking orders were mostly kids who kept laughing and whispering among themselves, which made the experience uncomfortable. It didn’t feel welcoming, and it affected my ability to enjoy the food even my daughter said what if they did something for our food! She was not comfortable to eat after .” Never going back there again. You just lost a loyal customer who comes in multiple times a week and places large orders for 10 people. On top of the poor service, the staff acted annoyed and bothered just because the order was big. Completely unprofessional and very uncomfortable experience.

  The batch of kids you have working there at approximately 8:45pm on 4-30-26 reeaaallllly suck at working. I mean all they have to do is do what they were taught in training…Be nice,make a correct order so on and so on…Wrong order I’m tired just got off of work and it’s late.If these are the type of kids handling the food I consume,…I rather not come back.

  Typical dairy queen. I've been going to these places for years. Most of them have shut down in my area so I stopped while in Houston.

  I've been to this location a few times and every time I've came, I've got exactly what I order. The service has been good and the food has been right.
