  Food was amazing, I got the 9.99 special which was tilapia over shrimp fried rice with some kind of creamy sauce on top amazing price and amazing taste. The staff was so friendly and respectful. Also tried a cup of gumbo and it was just as good!

  Had the grill tilapia Pontchartrain over rice - awesome! Seafood gumbo - excellent, authentic! Service - very friendly, prompt, upbeat I’m from New Orleans - this place is great & very affordable

  I wanted to try the place out. It's hot inside though. Like they want to discourage U from dining in...So, I went ahead & left. Didn't get to try anything. I need a place that will run their air condition.

  The only problem I had was no parking. I went two doors down to Church of GC and got permission to park there. The pastor's wife was shocked that I asked. I didn't want my car to be towed. The food was excellent, and the hostess was fantastic. Excellent people skills!

  My twin brought me to this place. On our first visit, Jessica warmly greeted us and told us about the specials. I got the grilled tilapia with a shrimp and crawfish sauce over dirty rice. My twin doesn’t like seafood so she got the sweet potato fries. We missed the opportunity to add a cup of chicken gumbo for $3.00. Everything was delicious. So good that I went back the next day and got another fish plate; but this time I added a 6 count shrimp plate which came with fries. Although I do not like my shrimp butterflied or with the tail on, the fresh taste of the meat won me over. Take a trip and check out the specials and menu. Parking is kind of tight, but you can call in an order. Jessica is so fun and her staff is great in the kitchen.
