  The lady taking my order acted like it was a chore and had a TERRIBLE attitude, meat was cold on my burrito, and the queso was slightly warm the only good thing about my experience was the nice lady named brookelynn who works the register. more people need to be like brookelynn

  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this location . I ordered chicken bowl and was shocked to find that the chicken was raw/undercooked, as shown in the photo. This is a serious food safety issue and completely unacceptable for a restaurant serving customers. I expect chicken to be fully cooked and prepared safely. I lost confidence in the quality and safety of my meal and will think twice before eating at this location again. Please take this seriously and make sure your staff are properly cooking and checking the food before serving it.

  “We forget to put chips in the bag it’s on accident not malicious” -The dumb thing the employees say. Besides this place always serving up cold food and stale chips they forget to give you things you payed for. Those five minutes driving to the pearland location are worth it. This place is JUNK

  This place was nasty. All the tables were dirty. There was food on the floor. I asked for napkins I was told they ran out. I am not the type that writes reviews but this Chipotle needs some management.

  The tall guy who is the manager gave horrible customer service. I ordered a salad and when I got to the end of the line I was told they ran out of the vinaigrette dressing… so I asked if I can have another dressing instead and was told that it would be an up charge. I was speaking to the lady behind the counter about how I didn’t understand how I’m being charged for something when they are out of the free item. The tall guy spoke up and said he’s the manager, so I explained the situation and he very bluntly said yeah there is an up charge if I want any other dressing, then proceeded to tell me I could have salsa. So then I said well can I have some more of the sauce from the chicken? He raised his voice and lifted his arms very aggressively and said “I can’t just give you something that we don’t sell, I told you that you can have any of those items on the cold side” That was extremely rude and unnecessary. I felt very disrespected so I just left the establishment. This was so unfortunate because the rest of the employees were very polite and respectful. I’ve been a food service manager and I know that he is the only person with the authority to override an up charge. I wasn’t asking for anything extra, I just wanted a substitute for the dressing they were out of, and I shouldn’t be charged for that. I wish I got his name but clearly he’s gotten multiple negative reviews on Google so at least I know I’m not the only one he’s rude to I guess.
