  I arrived about 18 minutes before closing, and most — if not all — of the staff had an attitude. While I understand employees are ready to go home near closing time, the restaurant was still open, and customers should still be treated respectfully and professionally. I also witnessed a serious food safety issue. I attached a photo of an employee cleaning the food bar with chemicals while hot food was actively being served nearby. In addition, when I went back to ask for a side of pico, the same employee was still wearing the gloves he had been using while cleaning instead of changing them before handling food-related items. Another concern was that the young woman preparing my tacos and handling cleaning tasks did not wash her hands before touching and serving my food. She also pushed the tacos into the bowl with her hands and I told her, i've never had a taco like this before, usually they wrap them individually to serve she said no and gave me the gen z stare in a way that felt careless and unbothered. Lastly, I asked for chips because I wanted chips and queso, and I was told they were “out.” However, I could clearly see bags of chips behind the counter. The employee explained that they could not sell them because they were reserved for mobile orders. I asked whether there were really enough pending orders to justify refusing a customer with only about 10 minutes left before closing, but I was simply met the gen z stare and told it was “store policy.” Overall, the staff came across as disengaged, nonchalant, and unconcerned about customer service or food safety. The restaurant felt disorganized, unprofessional, and poorly managed during my visit but this is what you get when it's a bunch of kids running a place.

  10/10 best chipotle service out of the entire community. Kaitlyn helped me pick out my bowl since I wanted to try something different. Ask for her help if you go!

  Stopped by Chipotle and it was on point. Bowl was loaded, ingredients tasted fresh, and everything was made just how I like it. The line looked long at first but moved quick, and the staff kept things running smoothly. Place was clean, service was solid, and I didn’t feel rushed at all. It’s one of those spots you can count on for a quick, filling meal that actually tastes good every time. Definitely one of my go-to lunch stops.

  This location is hands down the best—way better than Pearland Parkway and Broadway. I had a bad experience at that other spot and won’t be going back. But here, everyone was super friendly and welcoming from the start. The staff was amazing, and everything met my expectations. You definitely get what you pay for. I’ll be back for sure and highly recommend it!

  I have been a chipotle customer for a long time and this place is very nice and clean. With that being said it’s extremely cold in there. The brown rice is not cooked all the way. I have given it several tries and it’s still hard in my opinion. The food should be on the hot side. I live a few minutes away and my food is soooo cold by the time I quickly get home and try to eat it. I have to ask for double protein which looks like a regular portion and get charged so much for it. The app when ordering online is confusing and could be made alot more simple.
