  I ordered a salad for pick up and there was no salad. It was a lot of rice and beans.. very disappointed.

  Omg my new favorite location !!! The customer service from Jose was amazing !!!! Definitely a good worker .

  HORRIBLE experience at this location. Manager and staff were nonchalant, zero urgency as customers are waiting in line. Food was ICE COLD. That’s what happens when you scoop from the top instead of moving the food around in the hot plate before serving. Of course all of my hot ingredients in my bowl were so cold I didn’t even want to eat it. Got chips and queso and chips were STALE. They need to put timestamps on them or something because serving chips that were as hard as rocks is unacceptable. Manager REFUSED TO SWAP the STALE CHIPS and acted like it was a super unreasonable request. WOULD NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN. And if you’re the franchise owner for this location, I pray you find competent staff because this location won’t be in business for much longer. The stores phone also DOESN’T WORK. They literally have an AI Bot that transfers you to the store then they let it ring until it automatically hangs up. Can’t even leave a message because the machine or message inbox is full. Pathetic I don’t understand how you have repeat customers. Get your stuff together.

  Stop in after a long day of traveling. Servers were mediocre while preparing my salad. Completed my transaction to learn that they had no forks, only spoons. When I asked if they could check in back , the server was smug and rudely said we only have spoons. Completely dismissive and disrespectful.
