I waited around 30 minutes past my pickup time because an employee was rude and unwilling to help me find my order. It wasn’t until the manager stepped in that my order was finally located and prepared. Unfortunately, the food was also incorrect — I received the wrong beans and very fatty carnitas meat. I understand mistakes happen, but the poor customer service and long wait made the experience very frustrating. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location.

To make it worse, I was charged extra for meat and received a very small portion. That feels misleading and not acceptable. The quality does not match the price at all. I regret spending my money here and will not be coming back.
