  If I could give this location negative stars, I absolutely would. I visited about an hour before closing, and the experience was disappointing from the moment we walked in. Chairs were already being dragged around obnoxiously on one side of the dining room, creating a significant amount of noise and making it feel like the staff was eager to close—even though we were there planning to eat. It was far from welcoming. When my partner and I approached the counter, we were met with what appeared to be a disgusted look from the manager. Unfortunately, the food quality and portions did not improve the experience. My bowl consisted mostly of rice and toppings with barely any protein. The portion was extremely disappointing and gave the impression that the staff was intentionally trying to stretch the food containers throughout the day rather than properly serving customers. We also ordered chips and queso, and the chips were so stale that they tasted like they had been sitting around for days. Another major concern was seeing the manager eating tortilla chips behind the counter while also touching customers' bowls and burritos. Regardless of the circumstances, that looked extremely unprofessional and raised serious concerns about cleanliness and food-handling practices. This will unfortunately be my last visit to this location. For a brand-new location, the level of service, professionalism, cleanliness, and food quality was an utter disappointment. Hopefully, upper management takes these concerns seriously and addresses the issues with both food portions and quality, employee professionalism, cleanliness, and the overall customer experience. Customers should feel welcomed—not like they're inconveniencing the staff by showing up before closing. Do better.

  I placed an order for a barbacoa burrito with double protein. The burrito might have been one of the worst I've ever had. I ordered through the app and picked it up. There was hardly any meat in the entire burrito, and less than I've ever had when I've ordered a regular portion of meat. Not sure how that makes any sense at all.

  I’ve been a regular customer at this Chipotle and have visited many times, especially on Sunday nights. Unfortunately, the customer service and cleanliness have consistently been very poor. The sauce station is often completely empty and extremely dirty, and the trash cans are overflowing and not properly maintained. This has happened repeatedly, not just once. I really think management needs to check this location, especially during Sunday night shifts. The overall quality, cleanliness, and customer service need serious improvement.

  Abigail helped me out a ton and was super nice and the atmosphere was amazing. The drink Machine was super efficient and the bathrooms were incredibly clean.
