  Abysmal service and food portions, the lady serving it up just seemed like she did not wanna be there and basically served me a kid's meal portion for a grand amount of $18. I had a sadder experience at this Chipotle than I did watching The Iron Giant for the first time

  This is a clean chipotle, but besides that there is nothing going for it. The employees treated me poorly and only put a half portion of chicken on my bowl. I know what a full portion is because I have worked at Chipotle for over a year. When I brought it up the old Mexican lady said that I would have to pay extra. When I wanted more sides, which are free, she said that she was going to have to charge me extra for more sides and that I would not be able to have more sides. Come on Chipotle, is that really how you want to treat a loyal customer?!? Oh, also, the chips were burnt.

  The Manager Steven is super rude. He did not give me my free guacamole and chips as it was ordered in my application with everything else. But he got the money. REALLY. THIS FOOD IS SUPER COLD TOO. IM SO OVER IT.

  Management does not care for quality. Everything tastes off, there’s never any options, not to mention the frequent payment terminal malfunctions. Management clearly doesn’t prioritize quality. The food consistently tastes off, there’s a lack of options, and the payment terminals frequently malfunction. When this location first opened, I was genuinely excited—but that quickly changed after experiencing the poor customer service and quality. At this point, I still find myself driving out to Pasadena or Pearland just to get a decent Chipotle bowl. Honestly, it might have been a better decision for the franchise not to enter this market at all. This location has been a major letdown.
