  first time trying chipotle and I love it. I was craving for foods while im on diet. Definitely the best choice I made. I will keep coming back

  The nastiest freaking attitudes and the most creepies people ever! I personally loathe saying negative things about restaurants working in the food industry myself however this Chipotle is horrible through and through. I have sustained an injury that prevents me from walking without pain so I order food online a lot. I love chipotle, have for years, and without fail whenever I order from the specific location the portions are ridiculously small for the amount I am paying. I order again and again trying to give grace because I know we all have our bad days but eventually you just throw in the towel. So I went in person. Firstly, the old man who was cleaning the windows and doing repairs kept trying to hit on me, newsflash, he couldve been my grandfather! When I rightfully ignored him he called me something I can’t repeat online without my comment being taken down. Secondly, the two ladies who were working the register and the food bar are mean and unintelligible. I ordered two things, a salad and a bowl. Im trying to tell the woman what I would like, she says the opposite, i say black beans she says pinto? And adds them anyways??? Who does that! And then she’s going ridiculously fast, rolling her eyes and huffing, Im the only one in line whats the rush? I get to the end, add on two tortillas, lime sauce and extra vinaigrette. While she prepared my tortilla the second woman comes to cash me out. I know necessarily there is no reason to ask me what I had specifically as they can ask their coworker but she was ignoring her so i say ‘oh and I had two tortillas’ just trying to make her job easier. What to know what she tells me? “I know that” it doesn't seem rude if you're reading but her tone, unnecessarily rolling her eyes, and then laughing in my face when she isnt talking to anyone at the moment the ‘turn your head and a breathy chuckle’ I pay and I sit down and just take it all in. Being hit on by a creepy old man, rushed and ignored during my order, and then dismissed so callously. Everything about the standards of Chipotle has gone down.

  Wow…..what an unpleasant experience! I stopped at this location last night (9pm) after work to pickup dinner and to my surprise there was very little to choose from. The chicken, meat (dry) and I guess it was pork was down to the base of the container. I usually order 2 bowls with double chicken and 3 chicken taco but not last night. There was barely enough to make the bowls. I asked the young man if there was more chicken and he said “it’s right here”! I explained I wanted double chicken bowls and 3 tacos, he turned around and asked a coworker who I guess was closing down the kitchen “saran wrapping” area and he said no that’s it! Mind you this was Friday night 9pm. I apologized because I thought they were fixing to close and I interrupted. I asked and I was told they close at 11pm! How there’s no food! The black beans were also down to the bottom of the basin, the pinto beans showed a dry crust on top, the salsa - not the red one- it’s the green hearty one was all chunky and dry stacked on one side of the basin! I should have followed my instincts when i walked in and gone to the other restaurant next door. When I walked in the restaurant the young man that actually helped me, saw me and turned around to walk towards the back. No hello I’ll be right back no nothing. I actually stood there and watched one worker pulling on extended Saran Wrap and another worker on the side register- back to me! There were 2 customers in back of me and 3 others walking in as I was leaving - I gave them a heads up - no chicken and slim pickings on really everything else! Poor customer service poor attitude just poor all around! I just don’t get it. Where’s the manager?

  The quality of service at this location declines significantly after 5 PM. During my recent visit, the evening staff appeared disengaged and created a rushed, unwelcoming experience. I was also incorrectly informed that vegetables were unavailable for the day, despite clearly seeing a full pan in view. Overall, the experience was disappointing and fell well below expected customer service standards. If you’re looking for a properly prepared order, it may be more reliable to place it online during the day rather than ordering in person in the evening. Based on the level of service provided, it would be more appropriate for the location to limit its operating hours, as the evening shift does not appear to maintain the same level of professionalism or attentiveness.
