  Worst service ever! Went there, ordered a steak bowl my way.. but to do this I had to wait 27 minutes with only two costumers ahead of me! No big deal… the one guy is making the burritos does not know about costumer service! No big deal Then… I had to wait 8 more minutes to pay! With no line… ok no big deal, up to prices showed I was supposed to pay no more than 18 dls including tax for what I order, I paid with 100 bill and the lady obviously had to beg her to take care of me! She took my bill, barley able to hear her on what she was asking me, but I guess her boyfriend was seating on tables a cross so she was having fun She gave me back only $67 and some coins as a change, but I did not check my change and SHE GAVE ME NO RECEIP, when I got home and noticed my change, I realized she charged me for other costumers burrito and nachos …. This is ridiculous I wish she gave me my receipt, to go back and do my claim, but I guess she was too in love to give me my receipt and I was too annoyed about this horrible situation that completely forgot to check

  Went the the Chipotle lane an had to wait past promised time and then got all the way home to realize the gave me a burrito that had a completely different name on it. Poor service.

  I just walked in and the staff (all male) yelled that they were closed that the system is down and they were laughing. Then I see that other people went in after me and they served them. Highly unprofessional.

  Same quality as other restaurants in this chain, servings are better though, employees are ok, not super friendly, they just there.

  Placed an order as I was outside and no one was inside the location. Pulled up and waited at the window and waited over 15 mins after my pick up time for a KIDS MEAL. When there was literally no one inside as I waited. No apologies, no “I appreciate you patience” customer service goes a long way and this locations is lacks that.
