While I was watching a match and I was eating my food, I found a bug in my lettuce as shown in the image. I also felt like I was rushed during service. I don’t even think the staff even noticed a bug in my food. I will highly not recommend this place due to poor food control and quality.

- VAVanessa AlexanderJun 10, 20262.0I went to Chipotle for lunch and I was excited because I hadn't had it in a while. I had to wait on veggies which was no problem. In the meantime I am looking at how the lady is fixing the bowls. When it came to putting chicken on some of there bowls she put two spoons and they didn't ask for an extra serving. So the vegetables were done and when I told her I wanted chicken she didn't even put a full spoon of chicken in my bowl. When I ask her for a little more and stated she didn't put a full spoon in my bowl but put two spoon in the gentleman bowl in front of me. She then only put a tiny bit that still didn't measure up to a spoonful. I was so upset. I will NEVER be going back to Chipotle it is always something. We pay $10-$15 for these bowls and to not get a hearty bowl is very annoying and upsetting. I wish I would have gotten a pic of the amount of chicken that was on there before everything else was added. This review may be a waste but I am so sick of these service people deciding who they want to be fair to and who not. Anyway forget this clearly I am still upset.

The amount of meat they added was the size of a fraction of their spoons you’ll get from the counter. Also I ordered chips and guacamole. The chips were very stale. I thought that they made their chips and food fresh every single day, but the chips were so stale. It seems like those chips have been sitting out for days.
