- MMMaya MurphyOct 5, 20261.0Came around 12:00pm and the lady serving the sauces side of line gave me the WORST attitude. She asked me what I wanted on my tacos and i’m telling her each topping i’d like but on the side. She huffs and puffs at me and then gives me a hand motion aggressively shaking them towards the tacos ‘ANYTHING ELSE ON THE TACO?’ I kindly responded no and kept moving. But didn’t understand her projecting her attitude on to me?? It wasn’t warranted at all. Especially since I was directly answering what she was asking which is what I wanted on my tacos…Like my bad for annoying you by specifying that I wanted my toppings on the side. I’ve worked at Chipotle and other service restaurants and workers should know how to not project their negative attitude onto customers. It really ruins your experience and it’s just like why am I spending money here to get treated like crap?

I had ordered meals for my friend and I and got water cups for us both; she cussed us out saying we each had to order to get a cup. She then hid behind the counter acting like I couldn’t see her while she tried to check if I filled my water cup with soda. Proceeded to tell us to never do it again with a rude tone again. Also gave horrible portions of food.

Medium salsa didn’t taste as it is supposed to. The medium salsa is a problem at many Chipotles around the country. There are good and bad Chipotle’s. I have ate here about 10 times. I give this Chipotle a 5 out of 10 stars.
