- JCja calSep 16, 20265.0i love coming to this chipotle my orders are never shorted of food. only bad part is the amount of homeless people all dirty and smelly in the restaurant sitting down not eating, but shout out ryu he displayed good customer service as he gave me a bandaid for my finger even tho yall was closed, that made my day! all the workers are nice abd do their jobs well and display kindness, only thing i would say is if you place an order for pick up they usually skimp out on ur bowl i have never been brutally skimped out by this location like i have others it’s always good amounts when i mix it up, if u go to get ur bowl irl face to face they give u a bit more.

I ordered a bowl, white rice, black beans, chicken, queso, corn, hot red salsa, extra cheese, and GUACAMOLE! I received a bowl with white rice, PINTO BEANS, Chicken, NO QUESO, NO GUACAMOLE, NO CORN, and lettuce!!! I didn’t even order lettuce. I’m so confused how they could get the order wrong when the sticker is literally printed out for them. I was so excited to eat my bowl until I opened it to just see chicken rice and lettuce, they didn’t even do me the favor of putting my salsa on there. I haven’t eaten all day and I was fine with waiting for the 45 minute wait but to wait that long and receive this depressing bowl…. I feel distraught. I’ve never had a bad experience from here up until now. I am beyond disappointed.

I think management made a horrible decision by thinking that was OK! I said again brown rice and with visible disdain, he dumped out the white rice leaving some of it in the bowl and covering it up with brown rice. This location is hurting their brand. I have visited this location from time to time for 4 years and it only gets worse. Some consideration should be given to improving the service and food or just closing it down.
