  For being that close to downtown it’s pretty good. Restaurant stays busy and seating is ok.

  i love chipotle but yall need to work on cooking your rice. it was so hard—obviously i was starving so i wasnt about to go back and have it fixed. but pls i go here every other week for lunch. all the reviews are saying to improve your rice, i guess management isn’t listening. service is great, everyone is friendly!

  The serving line had cross contamination of items, no cleaning of the food. Food on the serving line appeared to be expired and not at proper serving temperature. Staff did not execute any sanitary efforts for the serving line nor the restaurant as a whole. Homeless patrons were freely roaming/loitering indoors approaching customers and the drink fountains. Food and trash was all over the floor and tables. The manager, D, agreed that the restaurant was not meeting compliance and proceeded to continue serving the food even after confirming and acknowledging that the raw chicken was sitting out for an unknown amount of time. Raw chicken was sitting out on the counter for quite some time then someone approached to cook it. The grill had not been cleaned. Proper handwashing hadn’t been observed. On top of all of that, they were out of so many items and the staff was rude. I reached for a receipt after payment and the cashier threw my receipt in the bag leaving my hand hanging high and dry and no customer service provided whatsoever. The health department should not walk, but run to assess the cameras from this experience 6/11/26 10:23pm and inspect how the restaurant is operating in real time. The manager, D, did not have the capacity to safely serve the consumer and knowingly acknowledged the gaps. I urgently requested a refund as she could not reassure me that the food served met the safe serving temperature. I don’t usually complain, but if I take time from my family to submit this review, you can bet your last that it was a filthy experience and tainted my experiences and reflection with Chipotle organization. Very disappointed, but more concerned than anything.

  Finding two significant pieces of plastic in my meal is never great. Tried to make a call instead of walking back in 95f heat. Only got automated system that wouldn’t even allow me to talk to someone and let them know they have a large amount of plastic in their food.
