I got to the restaurant at 5:15, waited 10 minutes at the pickup counter only to receive no acknowledgement whatsoever. I ask about my order since I check the app and it says ready for pickup despite no new bags brought to the pick up area. Only at that moment is my food actually started and made ready. I'm not sure the point of ordering ahead to save time and an estimated time of ready order when it's not being worked on as I'm physically in the building.

This might be hands down the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to and the howl that I’m having now at 5pm might be the worst ive ever had. Portions in this location are always low and off and so is the taste. I’m digging to find some meat. Lettuce taste like water and its not dried at all, chicken is old and so is the rice. My chipotle bowl rn literally tastes like it was mixed with water, mind you, i seen them drain the water for the beans and corn, so thats not it. Unfortunately this location is close to me so I’m forced to go there sometimes but this level of quality and service is crazy for this location.
