  This is the worst chipotle in the history of the United States.. Please, if you love yourself, do not go there. Every time I go there, my stomach starts running.. The service is terrible, and it seems like you’re begging for food. I only go because it’s close to my house, but from today , I will take the distance and go elsewhere to another chipotle that 3 miles further.

  The food was very fresh even though it was a hour before closing time. The staff there are very nice and personalable!

  The food at this Chipotle is consistently good, so I have no complaints about the quality. My issue is with the customer service during the weekday lunch rush (around 12:00 PM to 3:30 PM). It often feels like employees are frustrated, and customers end up feeling like they're inconveniencing them just for placing an order. I'm not talking about complicated requests. Even asking for tortillas, queso, or a few toppings can sometimes be met with impatience or attitude. I understand that lunch gets busy, but customers shouldn't feel rushed or uncomfortable for simply ordering their food. You don't have to be overly friendly, but staying calm and professional goes a long way and there's already a communication barrier, getting frustrated usually makes it harder to understand each other, not easier. At the end of the day, the employees are in an assembly line. Rushing customers or showing frustration doesn't really make anybody line move faster. Taking a moment to listen and communicate clearly creates a better experience for everyone. The food is the reason I keep coming back, but the service during peak hours could definitely use improvement

  Very good portions and delicious food! The girl that made our food was really pretty and nice, I believe her name was Kimberly. Unfortunately she did not take my $20 tip I tried giving her since she was the only one working in the front ;( I’m guessing it’s a rule they follow. I Will definitely recommend and will come back. I was sacred to try this chipotle due to their reviews but it was completely different from what reviews say. It’s a very good chipotle and reasonable price. Very clean environment , fast but nice service!
