Then I guess it was the manager argued with my husband about the salsa. I don't know why we keep coming back to this establishment. Nothing changes.

The overall condition of the service area was messy, poorly maintained, and unappealing. The glass display was visibly dirty and covered with smudges and residue, while the food preparation/service area looked disorganized, with food scattered around the counter and containers that appeared poorly maintained. The presentation of the food was also far below what I expect from a restaurant like Chipotle. The photos speak for themselves. Unfortunately, the customer service was just as disappointing. The employees did not seem particularly attentive or interested in providing a good customer experience. There was very little sense of hospitality or professionalism. I understand that a busy restaurant can get hectic, but there is a difference between being busy and simply not maintaining cleanliness, organization, and good customer service. For the price I paid, I expected much better. This location needs significant improvement in cleanliness, organization, food presentation, and especially customer service. I hope management takes these concerns seriously.
