- VHVeletta Humphrey1 day ago1.0I do not visit Chipotle often, maybe twice a year. I did order a bowl with steak. The steak was very dry and chewy. I also ordered chips and queso. The queso is delicious and the chips were stale. I attempted to call the restaurant but the AI operator did not allow me to speak to anyone. Very disappointing.

On my most recent visit.... The rice: gummy and watery The beans: unseasoned and watery The meat: once it was found the chicken, it was crunchy, flavorless and just tough. The salsa: the only good thing but it couldn't masks the other disgusting parts The lettuce: There were more "elbows" than shreds of lettuce. The first time I visited this location it was essentially the same and after my 2nd visit I remembered why I didn't want to go to this location. I made sure to save it as NOT THIS CHIPOTLE. The staff were nice and the location was clean. Get new cooks.
