  Asked for cilantro on my burrito and the manager said “we can’t serve that”. Every other chipotle I’ve been too has no problem throwing cilantro on my burrito. Also didn’t thank me as I left. Rest of the staff was great.

  eran las como 9 a 10 y pico y dos tipas en el telefono coño ese Restaurante Un asco le dije ala tipa que si nos hiba atender ni los voltearon A Mirar siguieron en el teléfono una de ellas estaba en video llamada bien relax la verdad llegue al ceo este review porque fui con hambre pero al mirar esa porquería de comida y sucio se me quito salimos de ese lugar y no nos quisieron Atender pésimo servicio ojalá salubridad un día los corrija

  I have been to this location a few times, and I won’t be back. This has to be one of the nastiest, most unsanitary Chipotle’s I’ve ever visited. It was close to closing time when I arrived. I ordered a burrito bowl with honey chicken and brown rice because they had already run out of white rice. When it came time to choose my toppings, I specifically asked for fresh cheese from the back because I noticed what appeared to be a hair in the nearly empty cheese container. There were only a few crumbs of cheese left in the pan. There was also a small cup in the guacamole pan that the guy found to be funny. I asked the employee (Mexican guy) twice to make sure he used fresh cheese. Instead, I watched him pour the leftover cheese from the original container into a new pan, scoop some of it, and put it on my burrito bowl anyway. When I got home and started eating, I found hair in my food. I tried to be polite and avoided saying anything out loud in the restaurant when I saw and simply said the pan needs replacing because there was a line of customers behind me, but this experience was absolutely disgusting. Basic food safety and cleanliness should never be ignored, regardless of whether it’s close to closing time.I will never return to this location.

  They were terrible. I got to the location @ 9 pm, they don’t close until 11 pm. They had little to no ingredients, no white rice, scraping the shredded beef bucket which was empty. Guacamole that look like it hasn’t been made fresh all day it was brown. I asked for fresh ingredients and they declined saying there was no more. They had no more fresh drinks only fountain available. They should not advertise that they are open until 11pm if they are out of food and drinks by 9.

  I’ve been a regular customer at this location for quite some time, and I’ve noticed a consistent pattern: delivery orders receive significantly smaller portions than orders prepared in front of customers inside the restaurant. When I’m physically present, the portions are noticeably larger and more in line with what Chipotle advertises. However, when ordering through delivery, the bowls often arrive underfilled, despite costing the same price. As a frequent customer, the difference is obvious. What makes this especially frustrating is that customers who order delivery are placing the same trust in your staff and spending the same hard-earned money as those who walk through the door. We shouldn’t have to be physically present to receive fair portions. I’ve also personally observed employees taking food, drinks, and other items for themselves during shifts. If staff members are comfortable serving themselves generous portions, customers should receive that same level of fairness and consistency. This location has the potential to be great, but the disparity between in-store and delivery orders needs to be addressed. I hope management takes a serious look at portion control and accountability because loyal customers notice these patterns, and eventually they stop ordering.
