Being in the fast food industry, I know it can hard and sometimes difficult. Carolyn or Caroline, I hope I spelled her name right either of those times, she is so sweet and caring. She always waits on us in the afternoon, evening. Her customer service is beyond expectations and she is quick so she can make sure she gets us our food while it’s still hot. She definitely needs some extra praise for this location.

I asked for more cheese and she huffed and puffed as if I made her mad. She checked me out without even asking if I wanted something else. I asked for a bag of chips and she just throw the chips in the bag. I told her that was all them she checked me out again and walked away. I had to ask for the receipt. Rude!! I miss the old manager because her customer service was unacceptable!

After hearing that customers simply need to ask for more portions, it was frustrating watching him repeatedly try to serve intentionally small, child-like portions as a way to push paying extra. The interaction felt dishonest, rushed, and unprofessional. Definitely not the experience I expected.
